Cute little place that looks like it’s been here since the 1970s. Normally you would see some atrophy in these old restaurants that are still around but this one appears to be very well maintained and cleaned. It’s a no frills traditional Chinese place that has really good prices and very good lunch specials

This was my first experience and my last to this restaurant. The restaurant is run down and cluttered. The food came out quickly and was good. The only problem was my wife’s egg roll was cold. She had taken a few bites of the egg roll. She mentioned it to the server and the server questioned why we didn’t tell her sooner that the egg roll was cold. It was very uncomfortable to be questioned like that. But she did bring her another one. We ask for a to go box for our leftovers. My wife put the rest of the egg roll(cold one) along with the other leftovers to go. After paying the check and we were leaving we were rudely confronted by the server asking where the cold egg roll was, I told her in our to go box. She demanded we return it to her. I went to table to get out then she said never mind. I have been treated like this at restaurant before. It was very humiliating. It was not our fault we were served cold food. And if she wanted the egg roll so bad she should have taken it when the hot one was served. It was not a pleasant experience and we will be going back.

The food is really good and priced right. This is a little gem of the Jefferson area. I recommend you give them a try

Overall a very good experience. The egg rolls were pretty much as big as they can get. The egg drop soup was very rich. And the chicken breast that they use for the mandarin chicken was gigantic. And the Mandarin sauce was really good also

Terrific Chinese food from an Old Jefferson mainstay. Oriental Triangle offers many typical dishes but in a very nice atmosphere. Great egg rolls, egg drop soup, and today I had the Mandarin Chicken… as good as any I have ever had.
The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere – it is an old dine-in establishment, and they play Chinese music – which is really nice when you’re dining.
Coming back more often, this is a wonderful restaurant.

This is usually one of my fav Chinese restaurants but last night they seemed off their game. The egg drop soup was way too thick almost like pudding consistency, and although they were not busy our food was barely lukewarm. My Kung Bo Shrimp was still full of veggies and very tasty. Also the Korean beef my husband had was good but not as hot as expected.

This place is consistently amazing. I have been coming here since I was a child. Everything on the menu is amazing and the customer service is always good.

Oriental Triangle Chinese Restaurant served delicious Chinese food. The rice is one of the top 5 in New Orleans due to its inclusions of a variety of flavors opposed to just eggs and rice. The egg drop soup is delicious!!! The beef and onions were very fresh.
The service via the hostess and the waitress was fine. Oriental Triangle is spacious and was clean.
I do recommend the restaurant and will absolutely return.

The food is always fresh and hot. Not warmed in a microwave hot. My kids love this place. The staff is friendly and we dont feel out of place when we do visit. I actually took my son when he had a half day at school, and then the rest wanted to try it out. Give it a try. They are good.
