Ordered a combo for takeout and unfortunately the food was not good. The “fried rice” is just salted rice, there is nothing in it (no veggies or protein). In addition, the ordered honey chicken didn’t really seem like honey, more like sweet & sour.

Food was horrible. We was there about 330 or 4 and I guarantee that food was sitting since lunch. Since they stopped serving crab legs this place has went down hill. IV had bad food here but today tops the cake. It was BAD. I mean BAD. If this place stays open much longer I will be surprised. It’s dirty and food is horrible. My sons has been on the toilet all evening. I know it’s because of this restaurant. We will never be back to this place again.

I’ve driven past this buffet for YEARS, like over a decade, and I finally got the chance to go here with my dad! We arrived around 8:15 pm and there were plenty of seats available. The variety of food options was abundant, but the quality was lacking. The rice was lackluster and the chicken with mixed veggies didn’t have much flavor. I wasn’t particularly impressed with any of the food that I tried. I will admit, I was a bit disappointed after fantasizing about this buffet for so long, only to be letdown. I guess the saying “don’t meet your heroes” rings true in this case.

The variety was great, with Chinese and American dishes, a salad and dessert bar.
I was there around 1:30, so next time I will try to get there closer to lunch and see if the meats are fresher.

Annie was our server and she did a very good job of making sure our drinks were full, plates were clear and the tables around us was clean. She did not pester us though which I love.
Some of the cakes were a little dry, and the wontons were a bit too hard but other then that all the meat was very flavourful and warm! The chicken was tender, the shrimp was soft, overall delicious!!

I got to-go and from a cost standpoint that was great. Got crab Rangoon which was good one frog leg I think it was supposed to be bourbon chicken and some coconut shrimp and paid $5.56.(I wasn’t super hungry.) The shrimp was good. The frog legs were very good like an oniony veggie dish, delish. Bourbon chicken was not good

I stopped by Oriental Super Buffet while on a business trip through Zanesville, and I’m so glad I did! The food selection was great—fresh, hot, and well-stocked with a wide variety of options, from classic Chinese dishes to American favorites. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the dining area was clean and spacious. It was the perfect spot for a satisfying and quick meal after a long day of travel. Definitely a great value for the price. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area!
