We decided to head out for some Asian cuisine for dinner and picked this place! Best Asian food we have had in a long time. Absolutely fresh and very tasty! Reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and visit this place!

A great spot for satisfying, classic Chinese food. The menu is huge and covers all the favourites.
Really impressed that many dishes are clearly marked gluten-free – very considerate!
Food highlights:
· The Slow Cooked Pork Belly entree was tender and delicious.
· Mongolian Lamb was flavourful and perfectly cooked.
· Their Special Fried Rice has great ‘wok hei’ (that essential smoky stir-fry flavour) and packed with ingredients.
Perfect for a hearty, comforting, and great-value meal. Highly recommend for dinning environment and food quality !

Quite possibly the worst Chinese takeaway food we’ve had anywhere in the world. While the staff was polite and efficient, I don’t think this restaurant is paying any attention to reviews (and DINERS BEWARE!). We ordered four main course dishes which all ended up bizarrely with the same gloppy black sauce. The food was tasteless and the meat questionable. There’s a reason why there are no photos on the menu. Avoid at all possible cost! We had no choice on New Year’s Day but never again!

We buy from here at least once a fnt. The food is always fresh, the sauces are full of flavour, unlike most restaurants who’s sauces are thin and tastless. It really is the best Chinese restaurant in Tasmania. We have been buying from here for around 15 years.

The service was efficient. The food lacked flavour. My chow mein was below average. Capsicum doesn’t belong in chow mein. Maybe some garlic sesame oil or even MSG to get some flavour. The chicken was gamey. The fried rice was very pale.

This Hong Kong-style roast duck is truly authentic! It has the perfect crispy, glossy skin and succulent, flavorful meat that melts in your mouth. The seasoning is spot-on. An absolute must try for duck lovers!

Sadly our experience was disappointing. The sauce with the duck tasted more like pepper sauce than Szechuan…Fried rice, pretty tasteless and was almost cold on arrival, not surprising as it was served on a cold plate. The sweet and Sour pork lots of batter and little else. However, our soups were pleasant enough. Finally, the staff were helpful and pleasant. This restaurant has been here for many years as indeed have we. Definitely not authentic, open for dinner 5pm -9pm every day. Sorry, l don’t particularly enjoy giving negative reviews, but it is what it is!
