Absolutely delicious, they have very nice food options and variety which other comparable places to not offer. The workers were friendly, prices fair and nicely renovated/clean! Pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh, and well prepared, with nice portions. Glad to see them rebounding well after the unfortunate fire. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

Excellent food at terrific prices! We had the mango chicken and General tsos lunch special and my daughter also ordered crispy fried rice spicy tuna and I got a tuna, shrimp, and spicy tuna roll. So good! And we have plenty to take home for dinner.

Never again! I’ve only ordered here once, and I’ll never return. Ordered one item through Door dash (use DD all the time and have never had an issue) and got charged nearly 50 dollars for a 7 dollar item! When I called, the person who answered was rude, would not listen and repeatedly told me it wasn’t their problem and take it up with DD. There are plenty of other great restaurants in this area to order from; don’t waste your time here!! (p.s. the food was TRASH!!!)

Typical suburban Chinese restaurant. Decent food and service if you don’t feel like driving to Chinatown in the city. Been there multiple times over the years with family and they are consistent in what they served. Nothing exotic or authentic, just the good old American Chinese dishes. Would go there again when we are craving for chinese.
11/2021: Finally they reopened for dine in and we were not disappointed. The food was much better prepared than the takeout only during the past 9 months. Might be they have a new chef. All our dishes were comparable to real Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. However, the service was okay probably because they were understaffed. The menu prices were about the same as before unlike many other restaurants that have either increased their prices or reduced portion sizes.

I used to very much enjoy eating at Oriental Pearl, then they had to close for quite a while (I believe due to a fire) and now that they’ve reopened, the service is really hit or miss. When it’s a “miss” (which is quite frequently) it’s completely terrible. Just now, I tried to place an on-line order .. the website allowed me to enter the order, but it would not allow me to view the cart and pay. I tried 3 different times, they’ve either disabled that feature because they’re out of control in the kitchen (which happened before while I was picking up an order) or they need to fire their website designer! Then I called the restaurant and the Fax machine picked up. Good grief … it’s like they don’t really want to be in business anymore, or they forgot how to run a restaurant. I think I’m done with these guys.

My parents and family have been long time customers of this establishment. For more than 20 years, oriental pearl has delivered on every front. The food is delicious, service is excellent, and the management is on point. Karen, the owner is absolutely amazing and Johnny is excellent My parents, Richard and Judy Jurgan love this restaurant and loved the people that work there. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent meals and wonderful times they have brought to our family, Time and time again without fail. 10 out of 10 every time❤️

Oriental Pearl is a solid, no-frills restaurant that delivers what you’d expect from a neighborhood spot.
