This restaurant has so much potential but their food is so terrible. We’ve tried it 3 or 4 times now hoping it was just a mistake or something we ordered but every time it’s terrible. I’m usually not a person to leave poor reviews but this place is garbage. Just like the other people have been saying the food tastes like it’s been watered down. Don’t believe me? Order the pad thai it tastes like noodles with watered down ketchup.

I almost didnt go here because of the reviews left by some previously. I had Thai chicken curry and my husband had General Tong chicken along with Rice and hot and sour soup and fried won tons with sweet and sour sauce. I had a Cabernet wine and hubs had Suporo beer. Super glad we came, family apparently works there and serves and they are nice. Food was good and the setting (ambiance) was nice. We have lived in DB for over a year now and really didn’t know this place even existed. It’s hidden in the corner of the Steakhouse parking lot. But the reviews were not so good and so I didn’t want to come. Glad we decided to try it for ourselves. Seriously this place is good and we will go back. I gave it 5 stars for Discovery Bay.

Fried Rice was good everything else was not good. Not much flavor and the sweet and sour space and lemon suace was like water without much flavor. Honey pecan shrimp was the worst ever. Won’t be back. Lots of phone to go orders…we were the only people in on a Friday night…that should have been our hint.

We tried it once when we first moved to DB 4 years ago and were disappointed. Decided to try it again and actually dine in this time instead of getting take out and are so glad we did.. food was actually pretty good. Beef chow mein, chicken fried rice, fried wontons and salt and pepper pork were all really good. Orange chicken was just ok. Service was good. Definitely coming back and glad we gave it another try.. kinda bummed we’ve been missing out all these years

For the fourth time in a row, and after waiting 2 hours for delivery, an hour later than I was told, they got my order wrong again. No hot mustard again, onions when I said no onions and some horrible chicken dish instead of our favorite lemon sea bass. Not going to oder from here again.

Great food. You should go out of your way to go here. It May not be local but it was worth the trip,! Come on Brentwood step out of the Chain food box of Antioch and Brentwood and go 8 miles east to Discovery Bay for real Chinese food.
