Reviews
***AMBIANCE: place is definitely old but well maintained. They have a large fish tank upfront which has a single large lonely fish. We went on V day and the old lady, who I assume is also one of the owners, was the only one at the restaurant. She had neatly folded napkins in the shape of a heart at all the tables.
****FOOD: prices have increased across most restaurants in the bay and this place seems to be no different. The quantities are definitely on the lower side as well.
We got some beans, chicken and fried rice. Every dish hit the spot. The fried rice was especially comforting, it was moist and umami rich. The green beans were pretty delectable as well. They ticked the boxes on everything you would expect from American Chinese food.
Some other customers who seemed to be old timers walked in. They mentioned they came in specifically for the lemon chicken. Looks like the place is still running due to some long time loyal customers like them.
Cons: restroom was not very clean or pleasant. Food was tasteless and I had to eat it with tons of sauce.
I really hope the business will pick up for them – one of the reasons I finally decided to write a review. I’d HATE seeing then close, but I know they struggle, just like many other restaurants.
We’ve been coming here for a couple of years and we all love the freshness of the food, the service (my kids adore the lady! – owner?). Today I had the clay seafood dish and .
My kids always say they have the best chicken friend rice as well.

The waitress was attentive and even packed away our leftovers for us. We never ran out of water and she patiently waited for us while we ordered. We WILL be back!
(BTW dine-in orders ended at 7:15pm with closing at 8pm but you could still order takeout)
Waitress was nice.
I’ll definitely be coming back. A true gem for anyone who enjoys quality Asian cuisine with excellent service.
We especially loved their Kung Pao Chicken, Walnut Prawns, and flavorful Hot & Sour Soup it was perfectly balanced with texture and just the right kick.
The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the menu offers something for everyone, from seafood dishes to vegetarian-friendly and “weight-watcher” options.
Their House Chen Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef were standouts, rich, savory, and satisfying
Parking can get tight at peak hours, but the delicious food and top-notch service make it worthwhile
