Some of the worst food I have ever received from this place. I ordered a sesame chicken combo platter and the chicken was cold and hard could barely chew it as if it was old and reused from an earlier order. The egg roll was inedible and cold. Have eaten from here before and it was great but this time it kinda seemed I received old food that was reheated even the rice was cold and the pork tasted off.

We recently gave this place a try – VERY disappointing. Pork Fried Rice not steamed or tasty – just hard rice, no pork to be found and all colored orange with raw onions. Chicken was rubbery. Poorly tasting brown sauce. This place is in a good location and their business would be thriving if they cared about serving better quality food.

When I asked them what the difference was between Steamed Dumplings and Steamed Wontons, they were completely confused. One of their staff was a ‘local’ woman who had no language challenge. No worries . One of the two came with sauce in the dish. Enough sauce to then use with the other. I was HUNGRY and wanted Chinese food. Mission accomplished.

The food here used to be much better. It seems like some of the food is burnt or just doesn’t taste as good as I remember. I’ve had orange chicken at other places that was delicious, but here is not so good. However I commend them for remaking some of the items that seemed burnt. I was able to go and get that food fresh without charge. I would say to go to yummy yummy in the Price chopper plaza because their food is much better. But Oriental is not bad. And they are open Tuesday.. and on holidays. A lot of other Chinese restaurants are not.

My husband spent 70 dollars for take out. They got our order order wrong, was NOT worth 70 dollars for a small lomain/pork lomain crab Rangoons and popcorn chicken. I called and they pretty much didn’t care and did nothing to reimburse. I’d go anywhere else.

The food was good. The spicy was spicy so if you expect the weak spicy you get at other restaurants, you won’t get that here and it’s a nice change for those who love the heat. The bbq spare rib sauce was very good. Must try this place. While the food is 5 star the customer service is a bit aloof. Not rude, just not super friendly. As long as they’re not rude and their food is good I’m going back. It did cost a star because good to great customer service in a customer service based business is still important whether I’llreturn for their good food or not.

I just ordered from this so call restaurant. And I am being generous with calling it a restaurant. I ordered a combination platter with pork fried rice and I have to say they spray painted the pork in the rice. Here I am still looking for a piece of pork , No vegetables just so yellow rice. I also ordered a hot and sour soup they forgot the sour but gave me plenty of hot it was not edible to say the least. On a positive note the chicken wings were delicious but how can you screw that up.
