The atmosphere was decent though not very busy when we went for lunch. The server was far from Pleasant, very cold not friendly and a very disappointing customer service experience. The menu had good choices to it so there was lots to think about and the pricing was reasonable more reasonable than eating at McDonald’s.

The food was very good for the most part. We got General Tsaos chicken (very good), chicken fingers, crab rangoon, spring rolls, and pork fried rice. The spring rolls were not very flavorful, had a thick coating, so felt soggy inside, and only cabbage in them. I like to have more vegetables, like carrots, in them. Our waitress was excellent. She was attentive and friendly.

Great food consistent food. Best waitress is an Asian girl. She works hard. If I have 1 complaint its that our food never comes out all at once. A dish or 2 at a time.

Amazing restaurant!! I have many memories coming here as a kid and now on thanksgiving with my boyfriend 🙂 i was not able to travel for thanksgiving to be with my family so we came here instead and it did not disappoint! their sushi is always amazing as well as their duck. pretty affordable and very delicious, amazing customer service as always !!!!

I enjoyed dinner here this past week. The company was amazing . The place wasn’t busy, the employees were super friendly and the food was good. If I did have a complaint, it would be that the base of my seat was disconnected and sliding as I moved. I was fine with it but if children sit there, it could be trouble. I “shared” a scorpion bowl, I guess it was good but I didn’t have much of … . The choice of music playing in the background was interesting; 90s boy band music, we kind of laughed about the selection choices. Overall a nice place for a casual date, family outing or to go by yourself.

This was our first time to Orient Pearl at 285 Calef Hwy in Epping, NH. My first impression was that it was bigger than it looks from the outside. There was a sign up saying “Under New Ownership”. Inside the restaurant was nice looking, but felt dirty. I got really distracted by how dirty the tapestry cushion on the back of my hubby’s bench looked. Bad. They need to be cleaned stat! Didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned.
It doesn’t appear to have much parking. The lot out front is small and the spaces are. IDK if there is parking out back?
We ordered water and tea and the teapots was seriously dirty on the outside. Old oil splatter that had collected dirt and dust. Enlarge the pic to see. My guess is because of the bamboo handle, they’d only been rinsing the tea pot and never got it clean. I didn’t dare look inside the pot. The tea tasted nice and the pot and cups were really cute (apart from being dirty)
We ordered FOUR dishes, but only THREE came. (We like leftovers!) We didn’t say anything to the waitress. We didn’t want to receive it late and have to take home the Special Crispy noodles only to become limp. Some foods are best eaten right away. We did get pork fried rice, which was plain, without much flavor, but plentiful. Also got mushroom egg foo young, which the waitress first said we couldn’t order, even tho it was on the menu. I had to show her the menu. It came and was good. Mild but good. Looks like they used canned mushroom tho. We also ordered crispy duck, which did have a nice flavor. There was plenty of duck. Some of it was very dried out, but the parts that weren’t, were good. There was good selection of fresh vege in the dish and it was our favorite of what we ordered.
The prices are decent here. The duck was the most expensive at $22. Overall, I wouldn’t rush back, but would eat there if I was driving by and hungry. I hope they take time to do some serious cleaning.
I noticed things like the table cloths are stacked up on the table, so they don’t have to wipe and can just slide them off. Saves time, but puts a lot of waste in the bin over time.

It was our first time as we just moved into town. The Oriental Pearl will definitely be our go-to. We ordered standard fair and sushi. Both were perfection! Service was also fabulous! We brought leftovers home and my son gave it 2 thumbs up as well. He loved the size and freshness of the sushi and thought the sweet and sour chicken was awesome. Highly recommended!
