The food was really good. I did think the 911 Spicy would have been warmer. The egg rolls and crab ragoon were delicious. The service was very efficient. Love the option to order and pay online. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time eating here and I was not impressed at all for the $45 I spent. The chicken had something wrong with it. It had to have been frozen too long, cooked at too high a temp for thighs or just low quality birds. Either way it was not pleasant to eat. The cashew chicken sauce was better than some that I’ve had, but not great. The sweat and sour chicken was ok but not great. The fried rice had nothing in it (no egg, onion, pea or carrot) just plain rice. I have been cooking Chinese food for a long time and I can tell you each item is missing the mark. Also- where is the msg, the lack of it is probably why the flavors are not as good as they could be. Gave a 5 star to atmosphere even though I did not dine in. I gave a 5 star to service because online ordering was nice and easy. Gave a 2 star on the food because over 60% that was not put on a plate went to the trash.

Orient Express is a strictly take out restaurant. You won’t find better cashew chicken anywhere. The sauce is has the right balance of flavors and the chicken is always cooked to perfection. They’re fried rice is also excellent. The portions are generous and we have always received exactly what we ordered, a rarity in today’s restaurant landscape. I highly recommend Orient Express in Webb City!

I hate to say this after ordering food from this place (the past 4 years). I don’t know what has happened with the quality of food, but it’s has definitely changed. The quantity hasn’t, but why eat it if the food isn’t as good as it has been over the past several years. I have taking up experimental cooking to make my own.
