Organic Sandwich Company is an award-winning, locally-owned sandwich shop with two beautiful locations in Boulder and Louisville. Our roots began at the Boulder Farmers Market in 2014, and from there we made our way to a small shop on Pearl Street in Boulder and McCaslin in Louisville where we serve up house-made soups, salads, and of course sandwiches. We delight in using local fare from bakers, ranchers, farmers, and many Colorado food entrepreneurs as we believe that taste is just as important as the quality and source of our food.

I got the spicy vegan and it was outstanding. The workers were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is very chill. I also tried the vegan ice cream sandwiches and are so yummy. I highly recommend this sandwich establishment. I would say it’s more of an upscale/unique sandwich. Delicious.

My son can not have gluten, though he did not want a sandwich, they toasted the gluten free baguette and buttered this so he could have toast. He loved the gluten baguette! They even sold us just a single baguette to go. He also was able to enjoy a delicious gluten free , vegan ice cream sandwich!

We kept going back to this place! Great sandwiches with vegan and GF options too. I had the spicy vegan with GF bread which was delicious. The prices were a bit high for just the sandwich (a side option of mixed green salad for example could have been nice) but the quality of the sanwich and the bread was good.

We had sandwiches for brunch here and every single sandwich was to die for. We tried spicy vegetarian, spicy vegan, three cheese pesto and grilled cheese and peppers. Couldn’t wait to start eating hence don’t have a lot of pics. Highly recommend!

I got the prosciutto and apple on a baguette which was delicious. My cousin got the turkey sandwich and wasn’t pleased. I tasted it myself and it was meh. The biggest kicker was trying to find the bathroom which is located in the parking garage but good luck with that. I walked down Pearl Street and found the Jefco Courthouse bathrooms available and away we went. A bit expensive for everything but it’s organic so there’s that.

Tasty sandwiches! Ingredients are fresh and sandwiches are generously filled with plenty of toppings to choose from. Bread was fine, nothing too special. We appreciated the four vegan options they offered. We opted for the Beetnik and the vegan delight which were both delicious.

Bacon jam and turkey sandwich was ehh. Not very flavorful other than a bit sweet. Not much turkey meat. Asked for 1/2 sandwich and soup. It says any sandwich. I ordered the tomato basil soup and turkey bacon jam. Rather than charging $13.75; they charged seperately for sandwich and soup @ $7.15 for a tiny cup of soup and $13.75 for a not very tasy sandwhich. . If not every sandwich is available for 1/2 sandwich and soup then it needs to be specified. My sister was quiet clear she wanted the 1/2 soup and sandwhich and they did not charge her accordingly. Then my sister got the italian sandwich which wasnt that flavorful. This was written up in sone travel blog and they obviously dont know what they are talking about. Plus dont like being charged $42.00 for two sandwhiches, soup, and a bag of chips??? They over charged us! And we were flying out that afternoon so couldnt go back to quibble with them. Not impressed.

Every time we come here, we get excited for the combo of ingredients in the sandwiches, but are always underwhelmed. I recently got a toasted chicken and gardienera sandwich, but only the bread was toasted, so the chicken was cold and cheese not melted? That was confusing to me! If you don’t want a big sandwich, this is your place. I always leave hungry. On plus side, the bread is always fresh and really good. Just wish the portions were different (like I’d pay more for a heartier sandwich!!).

Tasty sandwiches. Pretzel bun is the best. I always get the Turkey and Bacon Jam. Friendly staff. Great location on Pearl Street. Soup is good too! Offering local products. Very eco-friendly. They have grilled sandwiches as well as other cold options. Slightly expensive but worth it. They have specials as well as the classic menu.

I got the spicy veggie and it was incredible. it was $11 after tax. there were so many great vegetarian choices and everyone was super happy with their sandwiches. grilled and cold! also, it was mostly all local! also also, the caramelized onions were so good and jammy! 10/10
