This place was great! I’ll admit, when we entered and saw fortune cookies along with the mixed decor, we were quite confused. Then looking at the menu with Mexican twist on Italian… we were even more confused.
Tbh… it actually worked really well. Dylan was our waiter and took great care of us. He was kind and attentively/made good recommendations. We tried the house salad, the guacamole, chicken parm, and Ragin Cajun. The Ragin Cajun was amazing. Super flavorful – best dish. Great spice and flavor.
Will definitely be visiting again to try more of these unique combinations.

Okay. The meal started out strong with the appetizers. The Six-Pack Shrimp was delicious and surprisingly unique. The shrimp was good-sized, cleaned well, and plump. The sauce was zesty, with a subtle kick. It was a dish you would expect from a fancy restaurant. The toasted raviolis were tasty as well. They were not overly coated or overly cheesy. They were cooked just right where the outside was crispy and meshed well with the warm and flavorful mix inside. The mini-pan pizza sucked. I don’t know how else to put it. It was one of the worst pizzas in my life and I’m including store brought frozen. It had no flavor. The cheese was bland, the sauce was bland with no discernible herbs or spices, and the crust was nothing but a filler. I can’t believe that any self respecting chef, cook, or restaurant would serve such a passionless and bad dish. I can’t believe this place holds itself out as a pizza place, but served a pizza that was just not good. The restaurant was fairly empty at lunch on a business day in a high traffic area in prime season. The server was pleasant and attentive. I just wish he told me to order another appetizer instead of the pizza. I would not voluntarily go back.

A really nice experience. Our server was great. She made sure everything went smoothly without being intrusive. Did was excellent. We’ll be back. One note, it’s always warm in the restaurant, I’m guessing it was about 78-80 inside. One time we were seated in the back of the restaurant and the A/C wasn’t working in that part of the restaurant. Otherwise, a great dining experience.

We’ve eaten at this location before and it was meh. It’s not as good as the one in downtown Scottsdale, and the service isn’t great. Anyway, my husband walks in with my toddler and asks if we can sit on the patio because we have our puppy with us. The hostess said, sure, no problem. I meet them at the patio, with our puppy, sit down, get settled with my toddler, husband, and dog. Take my toddler to the bathroom, come back and the waitress, Keddy, proceeds to tell us that we can’t have a dog that’s not a service dog-this is after we’ve asked, and after we’ve gotten settled, with a toddler. So, as we are gathering our things and walking out, I realized I had my Freedom shirt on. Coincidence? I definitely don’t feel like it. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Pete was AMAZING! As soon as I walked in, he knew I was there to pick up an order and he quickly gathered the items. He offered me a beverage before I left as well, which was a wonderful finishing touch to the service experience (especially since it’s so hot)! Thanks, Pete!
9/25/25 – Pete has done it again! This time when I went to pick up my order, someone else was at the counter, but Pete came from another part of the restaurant to greet me. He remembered my name and even pronounced it correctly, which I thought was really awesome! He again offered me a beverage while I waited, and because it took a little longer than expected, he even threw in dessert. What an outstanding customer service experience – thanks again, Pete!
12/30/25 – I consistently have wonderful experiences whenever I visit this Oregano’s location. The people are friendly and bend over backwards to provide world class service! This time it was Chris and…you guessed it… Pete! I can’t thank y’all enough for such great experiences!

I don’t know what it was about my experience here, I don’t know whether it was the marinara sauce or the parsley or the basil or the oregano or something, but it was very pungent and strong and after eating the spaghetti I got sick. The service was good and the atmosphere was quiet and generally dead. I feel bad for giving such a crappy review but I did not enjoy sitting on the toilet all night.

They make the best pan pizza ever! It’s Chicago style deep dish like they make at the original Uno’s in Chicago. Both tasty and filling.
It takes 20+ minutes in the oven but it’s worth the wait. I passed the time with a glass of red wine before the meal.

The menu was full of misspellings, The waiter was fine if he ever showed up, chicken piccata was half salt balls and just tasted of lemon. Stuffed rigatoni was undercooked, Diablo shrimp was overcooked and smelled unpleasant. Garlic bread was ok. When the manager swung by and asked if we wanted refills he was rude and condescending bout the tea.

The other day, I stopped by just to grab a pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised when Pete took the time to ensure my order was not only delicious but also a memorable experience.
