The place looks run down on the inside, but I don’t go there for the Ambiance. The food is good, in particular the teriyaki sauce is thick which I love.

3 years after I left my first review: Still awesome! We eat here at least once a week (sometimes we eat in, sometimes we take it back to the office with us, and sometimes we feed the whole office getting 5-8 orders called in for pickup). Everyone is still friendly, the food is always exactly right, and the place is clean. When we call in our order to be picked up we never have to wait when we arrive… If I say we will pick up at 1130, its ready at 1130, and not cold, so they arent pre-prepping the order, either!

People are very friendly, food is good for the price you pay…super affordable, fast and easy.

I love their Mama’s fried rice! But I couldn’t eat it every day. I did eat it over three days mixed into chicken broth and it was very tasty over the three days.

I’m a sucker for ‘modest’ Asian eateries… The pho place next door was remodeling so we ate here. Chicken/beef teriyaki was ok, orange chicken appeared to be pork and loads of breading. Rice was excellent and the bbq pork bao (new one for me) was delish. Hot green tea and room temp water a plus. Very nice Cambodian couple running the joint, very authentic (I mean you almost feel you’re in Cambodia). Our kids really enjoyed watching Wild Kratts during supper lol. You may get a shiver down your spine when you walk in but if you turn and walk out you’re missing out!

This is my favorite restaurant in Vancouver currently. It’s a lot like a place I went to a lot as a kid in my hometown so it fills that void for me. Really good Teriyaki Chicken Plates.

Terrible food and service. Orange chicken tasted awful. I literally had to throw all of it out. Had to wait forever for it also.

It’s clear this place is bare minimum. I’d be surprised if it could pass inspection by health department. Food is barely hot enough. Its desperation is most obvious.
