Had an incredible experience at Orange Sky, at Talking Stick Resort. It’s worth it for the views alone.
I ordered the New York strip, which came out cooked perfectly.
I do wish they offered a boneless version, as that would have been a nice option, but the quality of the steak was still prime as advertised.
I also had the meatballs, which were very delicious but smaller than expected.
I thoroughly enjoyed the smoked Old Fashioned. It paired perfectly with the upscale atmosphere.
The views are outstanding, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The service was attentive from the second I walked in until the second I left.
If you’re visiting Talking Stick Resort, Orange Sky is an absolute must. I can’t wait to come back again during my next visit.

On a business trip and decided a great meal was in order. No reservation but we arrived early and they gladly seated us.
Food was exceptional. The staff is amazing!
Our waiter, Mars, so delightful and a wonderful sense of humor!
I rarely get to Scottsdale, but would definitely go here again and again.

So incredibly disappointed in the food. It was so salty!
Even the beet salad was salted!
Steak was… good.
The mushrooms? Definitely won’t order again. The small ones were kinda gross & the bigger ones were just ok.
I can make a better mac’n’cheese, ugh.
I’m just grateful we all shared a steak, salad & sides.
Skinny margarita was very tart & still taste like sweet & sour. Very disappointed.
Pics are after 3 of us shared 1 entire meal! Which means none of us finished any part of it, except for the steak & bottle of wine.

Took my deserving Husband here for his birthday dinner, from Cali. Got him the Special 52 day dry aged steak-$94 (which did taste like $100 steak!), the
Seabass was OK… I couldn’t finish it/ just ok… THE SIDES WERE AWFUL, definitely a let-down. Mashed potatoes were gummyish, while the delicate asparagus was woody. I sadly was shocked, thankfully the drinks were great! The view was AMAZING, and staff was timid, but decent. Fyi: There is a $300 min order for window seat. I’ll possibly go again, for cocktails, and maybe the steak. Lol.

Great experience, went for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Efran was am awesome server, the hostess was sweet and the view was great. Food was excellent – we all ate too much!

Stayed at the talking stick resort. Decided to try out Orange Sky restaurant since our room was filled with delicious smells from this place. The food and service was unlike anything I could have imagined. Great service amazing food words cannot describe definitely a must try. Flat iron stake, green chili mac and cheese

First time to Talking Stick. From the valet (free valet) to the bartenders in the casino everyone was extremely friendly.
We arrived for our reservation and the friendly hostess gave us a tour of the restaurant since this was our first time there
Our waitress was extremely nice and knew the menu backwards and forwards. I got the 8 oz filet and it was fork tender. A friend got the salmon and he raved about it. The crab appetizer was delicious as were the mashed potatoes.
The desserts sounded great but we were headed to a concert and were short on time. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I can’t review their food. It might have been great food with a great view but we had a terrible experience. First: not clear that this is a casino restaurant. Second: followed navigation to the casino, parked in the structure. Not a single sign indicated this but we walked the wrong way until we reached an “employees only” entrance. Had to walk back out and around the parking structure then 3/4 of the way around the building to find an entrance. Asked the hotel registration how to find the restaurant which wasnt bad, just followed inside signs once we got close. Went up, no availability at all for seating. There were two seats at the bar but they got swooped up as we walked up to them. I was done.. not worth standing around.. so we walked another 15 minutes back to the car. Verified zero signage indicating entrances etc. Obviously if you are staying there and have reservations it might be fine but I would never try again or recommend.

Service and atmosphere were perfect 10/10. The views are worth it alone, especially during sunset. After dinner take your glass of wine and sit out by the roof top pool and relax and let your dessert settle. I expected a little bit more flavor in the food selections, nothing really was memorable about the food. I would return for the vibes and the view and try some different menu items.
