Women at the counter is rude and obviously this is not the only time as this is mentioned several times in your reviews. She got my order wrong and there was hair in my order. Owner that there was nothing wrong, place is dirty. Stay away, many other bagel shops in Middletown. Lost ANOTHER CUSTOMER!

I really love their bagels. They are so crispy on the outside soft on the inside. However, when I asked for a bagel with butter, it wasn’t exactly butter on it. It tasted more like a spread with a oily taste so that made my bagel not taste as well as it could of… that was the only thing that was disappointing.. Such great service I had just now. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The everything bagel was soft and crispy at the same time. Nice, kick if the salt and garlic not overly done also. Cream cheese nice and thick (got extra).Will definitely be coming back with more folks.

A nice lil bagel shop in middle town. Theres a large assortment of bagels to choose from plain, blueberry, French toast, asiago, etc… the french toast bin was empty so it must be good, I will have to try it out next time.

Makes a great breakfast sandwhich. The bagels are fantastic and of great quality, with a good variety of flavors. Prices are good for the area and customer service is great. Short wait times for food so you don’t necessarily have to call ahead if you are in a hurry. This is a popular spot however, so there could be a short wait. Definitely highly recommend to those who enjoy bagels and breakfast sandwiches.
