A nice clean interior. Excellent friendly service from Selendes (sp?). The Saturday morning menudo was flavorful, a perfect bit of spiciness, and accompanied by onion, cilantro, lime wedges, and tortilla. $8.75 for small, $10.00 for large. Lots of friendly chatter in the background – locals greeting each other. Always a good sign.

We decided to try this place since the Mexican restaurants we go to were closed today. We waited almost an hour for our food, they did have a bigger party so I get a little delay. Our frustration hit when a smaller table who showed up 20 minutes after we did, got their food first. We asked for management and she was great! Offered us a discount and told us our food would be out in a couple minutes. Food shows up and we were ecstatic until we took a bite. All 3 plates (different entrees) were very BLAND! No seasoning or flavor at all. We left within about 5 minutes of getting our food, we couldn’t finish it and won’t be going back.

Kristol is the worst server ever. Not attentive in the slightest, on her phone with her AirPod in her ear the entire time, didn’t check up on us. My friends grandfather had to go back to the kitchen door to ask for a refill where she was just talking away with her coworker. Asked for a to go Dr Pepper, (for my friend whose cup was half full) and she brought a cup of ice. I asked for another to go Dr Pepper, she brought a dirty to go cup with Dr Pepper with ice filled halfway and when I asked her to fill it up and she told me she ran out of Dr Pepper and she couldn’t, so I asked her to fill it with ice and she grabbed the cup and rolled her eyes walked away. DEFINITELY don’t recommend this place OR her as a server. Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time or your money.

I enjoyed myself, the food was good and the service was exceptional. There was a lot to choose from, wish I could have sampled more than the chips w/salsa & half chicken quesadilla, but since the serving size was so generous, I was full in no time at all.

First time customer, the lady at the drive thru was nice, but we ordered a barbacoa plate and she said it would be out in a couple minutes, 20 minutes later she brought a single burrito out. Then she took it back and said she would be right out with the correct order. 12 minutes later she brought back the plate, and it still wasn’t right. Very dry, the cheese on the beans wasn’t melted so I knew right away the beans were going to be cold, and they were. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

The first time we went there it was okay, I mean no complaints on the food but also nothing to holler over. Our server was nice, our second time back it took us about 20 minutes to be seated despite other families coming in after us and being seated, when we finally where we where seated right next to the kitchen door. Our server never came back and got our drinks, I think they thought we where white despite me being Mexican which wouldn’t be the first time. Regardless won’t be back considering how horrible our second and last time went.

We ordered Burritos and a Torta (Steak sandwich). The torta was ok. The burritos we did not enjoy. And the drinks (Aguas frescas) were not so good.
