Restaurant has a nice vibe and we really liked it. We ordered two drinks and they were awesome. The chips and guacamole combo was nice and we liked that we could try different types of guac. The tacos entree came as a set of 5 and tasted great. The enchiladas were okay; they were visually dark almost black, but the 3 sauces that were provided had real spice. Service was excellent and extremely attentive. it’s a nice place for a casual date!

Orale Mexican Kitchen in Jersey City was such a great find. We were craving Mexican food and stumbled upon this spot, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The ambiance is vibrant and fun, perfect for a date night or a group get-together. There’s artwork throughout the restaurant, but my favorite sight had to be the wall of Jarritos.
For appetizers, we ordered the Shrimp Ceviche, Garlic Chile Truffle Fries, and the Guacamole Tasting (Guacamole Casa, Mañanitas, and Bombero), and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our mains, we tried the Enchilada SuizSuizana Tacos, Pacifico Tacos, and the Wood-Grilled Pollo Tacos…each dish was excellent (we of course also asked for Chipotle Mayo on the side).
The highlight of the night was the thoughtful birthday surprise experience, which made the evening even more special. We finished with the Tres Leches Cake and Churros.
From the ambiance to the service to the food, everything was a 10/10. A big shoutout to our server, Andy! We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Such a great spot! The service was awesome — everyone was super friendly and really on top of it without being too much. The food was so good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are HUGE. You definitely get your money’s worth. The music is fun, the design is really cool, and the whole place just has a laid-back, good vibe. Amazing! I loved the vibe when we walked in and the staff was super welcoming. Our server, Jessie, was so friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed every single dish we tasted! We tried the Saturday special, short rib! It was SO good. The cocktails were also wonderful. The house made marinara sauce with the cheese sticks was the best I’ve ever tasted. You can tell everything is made with really fresh ingredients and from scratch.

Ivan was extremely friendly and welcoming. I tried the frozen margarita — it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back for dinner because everything on the menu looks so good!

I’ve been eating at Orale since it’s opening and it never disappoints! Whether it’s a date night, hanging out with a group of friends, or a lady’s night, this is the perfect spot. It’s food so rich and clean. The margaritas…don’t even have words to describe how good they are. No other spot can compare to their frozen margaritas! And last, the atmosphere and staff. They are all so attentive and the decor has a very cool vibe. Will be back!
