I went to this place on a Sunday afternoon. Looking for a Vegetarian meal in the mall, I could find this out finally.
Ordered a Cheese Pizza and it tasted decent. If you like Italian food and are fond of Pizza, these people have a good amount of options. Can try this out.
We do have a central seating place in the mall for eating and this has no separate place.
On a sustainability perspective, typical of any US food outlets, they are responsible for dumping a whole lot of waste.

I work for United airlines and I went there for lunch break and I was buying lunch for all of my crew members because we had a lunch master cards from the company that can be used as a credit cards and I’ve encountered such a terrible experience and a terrible attitude from the general manager, he had no patience what so ever, he had a terrible attitude and he certainly didn’t present Sbarro in the best way possible to the public … therefore, I’ve placed my first and second order then I cancelled everything thereafter and end up not getting lunch for 9 of us and our lunch break time was wasted by this GM because he wanted me to go back in the line all over to place the other orders which made no sense because I’ve already waited in the line once but I’m just trying to get a large order placed !!!!!never going back to this location

Great!! The normal spaghetti is very yummy for people who still like a thin acidy natural tomato sauce on their pasta, and the normal pasta is cheap at $8.99 with a breadstick to fill you up with extra leftover. I made it a meal with two more breadsticks and a drink and it came out to $15. Great friendly workers and yummy natural pasta!

This place should definitely get a better and more organized ordering system. Nobody knows what you ordered unless you tell them and even then you pay for 2 slices when you tell them you only have 1. They don’t give you anything like trays or bags to help carry your food. They don’t know how to charge either because I paid for a combo that included a salad and yet I paid for the salad. Mediocre pizza too, very doughy and cold.

Waited in line for 15-20 minutes, when it was my turn to order I asked for a cheese pizza, they said the wait for said pizza was 35-40 minutes. I had chose “4 cheese pizza” instead, wasn’t bad BUT very greasy and cheese fell off right when i picked it up. They had forgotten our marinara sauce at first & we have to ask for some, which it was watery. Atmosphere was fine. Service was fine also. Food was a 2/10 for sure. Don’t recommend.

It’s sbarro, take from that what you will about quality. I generally like sbarro. What I don’t like is waiting in line for 10 minutes for 2 slices of cheese and the cashier selling my 2 slices to the people in line ahead of me.
Then having to wait another 10 minutes. It’s tough because I don’t expect much from sbarro and this location still let me down

literally just watched my pizza get reheated twice and it’s still not hot. EVERY time i go, the soda fountain machine is out of dr pepper, also, charging extra for ranch is crazy.
