We tried Oppa Chicken – Korean Fried Chicken and I am officially in love!
We tried both the boneless and the traditional wings, and shockingly… we switched roles!
I usually prefer traditional wings, but the boneless stole my heart.
The breading was light, airy, almost tempura-like, and somehow stayed crispy even when fully sauced.
It was so good, I’m talking dangerously good. No leftovers good!
My husband, on the other hand, was all about the traditional wings because their breading and flavor was that good. (for good reason!). Crispy, flakey, juicy, and packed with flavor.
Oh and the tteokbokki?? Divine! I’ve made it at home before (love me a good ricecake), but I wanted to try their’s.
Super cheesy. Comfort-food level good. The cheese pull was INSANE! It only ended because I physically couldn’t lift it any higher!
I love a good pickle and fully demolished the kimchi and chikin-mu radish because they were that flavorful and crunchy!
If you love Korean food, fried chicken, or just good food! Put this place on your list ASAP.

We ordered traditional wings in soy sauce garlic, and honey garlic…both were delicious! Super crunchy! If you have had crispy garlic chicken in Hawaii, the soy sauce garlic wings here will fill that craving! We also tried the steak udon noodles and gyoza, both were so good. Definitely coming back!

Papaya boba, spicy cucumber, hot tea, tteokbokki, and bibimbap. I come a couple times a month and get food for a couple meals. I’d I’m not sure what I want I just ask and they are good at suggesting things. I haven’t had a bad thing here yet

4 of us and my 5-year-old granddaughter went to Oppa for the first time for my birthday dinner. We ordered quite a bit of food. We got 4 orders of the shrimp bibimbap, LG comb fried chicken, combination fried rice, spicy chicken Korean tacos, cheese wonton a side of fried shrimp and French fries. The total for 4 adults and 1 child was about $152. Sounds like alot but the amount of food we got was more than worth it.
I could go thru and explain each dish, but I would be here all night typing, lol.
I will tell you all the food was beyond amazing. Everything was so frigging delicious and well worth the money. We will definitely be new loyal/faithful customers.
Side note( their fried chicken puts KFC to shame. When we have the hankering for fried chicken, Oppas is the only chicken we will get from now on.
Update: a year later. We still love Oppa’s. I wasn’t kidding. When we have a craving for fried chicken we go to Oppa’s. Still amazing food.

If I could I’d give Oppa Chicken 10/5. The people working here are always so welcoming, the food comes out fast but definitely fresh and the price for the amount of food you get is more than worth it. The menu has a pretty big selection and I’ve eaten so many things I’ve never eaten before! My wife and I would come here everyday if we could I’d come but unfortunately we don’t have the money but Oppa chicken definitely deserves every dollar.

We love Oppa Chicken. My favorite dish is the shrimp Kimchee which is delicious. The chicken is always fresh and the portions are large given the size of the chicken itself. The service is good and you can tell it’s a family business as I always deal with the same people. The self-serve nature of ordering and then having your food brought to the table is a little odd but is probably necessary to keep the register covered with a small family crew. Oops has managed to stay open in a spot where restaurants have repeatedly failed. I think that’s a testament to how great Oppa is.

My first time here after so many recommendations and it is SO good!! The employees are extremely kind and there is a very good family atmosphere. Restaurant is super clean and honestly the best chicken wings I’ve had in maybe ever. Super crispy and solid chunks of meat.

Interesting place. Had potstickers, fried rice with spicy chicken and a mushroom and bean sprout dish. The cabbage in mine wasn’t good picked it out and the rest was good. Overall not bad, would love to try the wings.

The boba was excellent, the sesame balls were amazing, but….. the 2 signatures dishes we had were not.
The bibimbap lacked flavor. Even adding their special sauce still didn’t cut it. It was overall flavorless. The other entree we had arrived on a steaming hot plate, and had way to much grease with it.
I really wish the food tasted better.
