Paid for extra Chicken and got nothing but a plate full of rice with about 2% Of that was chicken, asked for extra spicy she said it was already spiced and she gave me 2 extra cups. Tastes like it had no spice at all! Highly disappointed. Not sure if she thought I would not noticed but very very poor place to dine I guess unless you’re a regular they will treat you as such. If you’re new and trying this place out have very low expectations or just save your money for better food and customer service!

This is a bit of a hole in the wall, don’t let the appearances fool you. This was delicious! I can’t eat onions and every Chinese restaurant I’ve been to, are heavy handed in onions. Their menu says you can order veggies as add ins. My “smaller” lunch portion was enough for me to have half for lunch and half for dinner. The wait wasn’t long at all. As for flavor, it wasn’t bland nor overly seasoned to be unidentifiable. I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

Finally!! I’ve found my go to Chinese spot. I’ve tried several in the area and they were all a flop – not here.
We ordered carryout, and it took a little while, but it was worth it. Everything was piping burn your tongue hot. The prices were reasonable for the portion, and we received good service. This was only my first time here, so I can’t speak to consistency yet, but I’ll be back for sure!
My personal faves were the steamed dumplings, lo mein, and combination fried rice.

My go to spot!! Love that tofu is a protein option for main dishes!! The meals are vegetarian friendly and delightful I would eat here weekly if I could!!
Staff is super friendly as well, the food is always amazing and I reccomend it to anyone! I’ve tried several other Asian restaurants and none other compare to Open Rice Bistro! ❤️

Saw some mixed review online and decided to give it a try. The price is ok, about the same compare to other similar place. Got the family special for General chicken and sesame chicken. Taste pretty good and the portion not bad at all. Don’t really care about the soup, but the egg roll is great. Will be back next time!!

I will always take the time out of my day to leave a review for great customer service and great food! I absolutely love this place. The food is always served fresh and hot and the portion sizes are perfect. Staff is always pleasant and polite. Frank recommended a dish to me because when I go, I always order the shrimp and broccoli, he let me sample the fried rice and it was amazing! Full of flavor! I will forever be a returning customer.

Finally! Finally! I’ve tried a plethora of Asian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and more looking for a place that would awaken my senses. The food was absolutely delicious! Let me preface my statements by saying, I was quite hungry! Nonetheless, the flavor of the General Tsos Chicken was superb and the spicy level was precisely on point! The amount of food given was also ideal! The Pad Thai was phenomenal to me! It had a hint of sweetness which was a nice surprise, the spicy level was prefect, and the texture was heavenly! We’ll be back again and again!

I went to this place based upon these ratings, and sadly, I won’t be returning again. On the first visit I purchased combination rice, and I swear this is the first time I’ve ever had fried rice with no vegetables. You could literally count the number of peas and carrots with the dish. I decided I would try them one more time and this time I purchase the same combination fried rice, that again had the same limited vegetables and wonton soup. The soup was so salty that I literally couldn’t eat it and just threw it away. It was basically salt water with a couple of wontons in it. Definitely not appetizing… The shrimp in the combination rice tasted like they were cooked in old oil and had a really bad flavor, so I picked them out, and threw them away as well. Yeah, it was definitely not worth the money spent there both times.

Went here because of the good reviews but if I’m being honest the food here is very bland. It has no taste whatsoever. I threw the food away. If I’m going to pay I expect some type of effort and you just can’t taste effort in their food.
