First of all yes – when you get the cast-iron fried rice, it really is that big of a helping. It’s two containers full! I know that adding the meats added to the portion, but it’s wonderful and it has cheese on it!
I love the way they season and flavor the fried dumplings – my favorite place to get them!
And yes, finally did the full order of Hong Kong Pork Char Siu. It absolutely was worth it! 
Lastly, I really like their yum yum sauce!

The food was delicious and the portion size was huge for the price we paid. Everything was great, especially the Tom Yum soup I had.
Customer service was superb, and we didn’t have to wait a while for the food even though it was packed.
I have been here three times in the past month with friends and family and will definitely come back again for the other food options!

Stopped by 131 Main in Blakney yesterday but there was a 50 minute wait, so on my way out I saw – “Open Rice” and thought, why not?
What a great place!
Really good, basic Chinese food, large portions, great price. I took the recommendations of my server and she was spot on with everything.
I loved the fried golden buns, it was not sweet at all, even dipping it in the condensed milk? Small bites. It was a creamy, not sugary sweet taste. She said people often aid it at the beginning as well as the end. I really enjoyed it just to taste at the start! 
The fried chicken dumplings? Excellent flavor and fresh.
Almost got the sliced pork (aka Hong Kong Char Siu) but opted for the cast-iron skillet, chicken fried rice and the pineapple fried rice which had shrimp and chicken in it as well.
Excellent dishes, fresh ingredients.
The shrimp, the chicken were perfect, not dried out, very tender. I personally loved the turmeric in the pineapple fried rice, and the presentation was really cool as well.
I did ask for Yum Yum sauce to kick the flavor up a notch and a little bit of soy.
The dishes are not heavy on salt or spices but for me? I enjoy that because I would rather add the flavor on my own.
Can I just say that of the two, even though the pineapple fried rice was great, oh my God – that skillet fried rice had cheese melted over the top! Yes, you heard me right – cheese! And it was set on top of a very thin layer of egg. It just really did it for me and again the flavors, you could taste the proteins and the fresh vegetables nothing was overpowering. 
Really looking forward to going back and trying the sliced pork and the spring rolls.
Staff was excellent very responsive. Food came out quickly. The place was clean.
Very busy by the way, so kind of loud but it’s OK. I was there for the food and I will definitely be back.

We ordered two boba drinks—one passion fruit and one strawberry. The strawberry boba was unpleasant and not drinkable. We asked to exchange it for another passion fruit boba, but were told we would need to pay for a second drink while still being charged for the one we did not want.
We had also ordered a salt & pepper chicken appetizer, miso ramen, and lump crab & shrimp fried rice. Due to the lack of flexibility and customer service, we canceled our entrées altogether. Nowhere on the menu does it state that exchanges are not allowed. Unfortunately, this experience resulted in the loss of a customer.

This is one of our favorite Asian restaurants for pickup in charlotte. They’re the only place we’ve found good Hong Kong style Asian foods. The duck is oily but very tasty. Duck as a meat is on the fattier side naturally though. It’s worth trying if you’ve never had duck and want a good experience with it. My husband loved it. We all absolutely loved the Hong Kong pork. We can’t go there and not get it. Everything else was solid as well (e.g., rice, dumplings, rolls). We order something from here every time we’re in the area. Fantastic addition to Charlotte. We hope they stay for years to come.

One of our favorite go to places. The staff is great, everything we have tried from the menu so far has been amazing. Food is always served hot and surprisingly quick. The menu has lots to offer, prices are very fair for the portion size and quality.
It’s normally quite busy, but rarely do I see people waiting. I would recommend stopping by, highly doubt you will be disappointed.

Restaurant is in an amazing neighborhood. Little cramped space inside but it really gets full. We had a wait time of 10 minutes. Food was good. Tried Beef Chow Fun and Bang Bang Chicken. Beef Chow fun was so good. Bang Bang chicken was little heavy with the sauce but was decent. Worth the try!!
