I’m up from Bama to take care of some business, and let me tell you getting lost has never been so tasty. A wrong turn, some back roads, and next thing I knew I was seeing the sign.

Oosterwyk’s Dutch Bakery has a good selection of donuts, muffins and, both sweet and savory breads! There known for their sweet orange bread! Because I am mostly gluten-free, I chose their puff pastry filled with apples! It was delicious!!! I give them 5 stars and it was worth the drive!

I love this shop. First time here and we will definitely be back in. This is the best shop in town for fresh donuts, danish, cinnamon rools etcetera… fresh bread at 11:00. To go or sit down. High quality ingredients. Supper kind staff. I have been to the creamery and a donuts shop down state street by 31 flavors neither one compares. This place has great food. Will never go anywhere else for baked goods so glad I found it.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! The donuts were good but they’re not cheap along with the card fee that they charge so I’m not coming back. The shop also has a dark, unpleasant vibe to it.

This is the second time we’ve been here and each time the ladies in here were not friendly at all. No smile or greetings. We tried to purchase a cookie but was told they were sold. Why would you have products in a case for customers to see if they are not available for purchasing?

Went in the other day for first time, and LAWD was an inconvenience to owner for buying a Danish. It was only one pastry and I hand her a $20, she asks if I have anything smaller and I said I didn’t. She sighs and rolls her eyes. I tell her I have a card, she said no bc it’s $6 min. I said okay that’s fine I can grab one or two more, my husband will like them. She ignores me. And I say again, I could get another one or two pastries…..she cuts me off by counting my change to me and says, I don’t have any $5s or $10…gives me a handful of $1’s and shoos me out the door.

Delicious pastries! We absolutely loved the cinnamon roles and monkey bread. We’ll be making this our regular pastry shop from now on.

So much potential but just a consistent let down. Covid was hard on this place but after they remained low on inventory, hi priced and “soup drill sergeant” style customer service.

I want to like this place, but I can’t. I am so sad because I live in Marysville and love 3rd St. I walked in today, but was so turned off by the rudeness behind the counter that l left and came around the corner to Brianna’s for my cup of coffee. There are plenty of other places to support.

Every time we go through Marysville we stop in for some best tasting donuts in the PNW. The only downside is that we eat the donuts and they never make it home.
