Ordered from them twice now since they opened last week. Spent over $30 both times. Both times the bowls were incorrect. THREE out of the 4 bowls over two separate visits have been wrong. And there weren’t any major customizations. Twice we’ve added extra peanut butter to our bowl (for a fee) and both times we got NO peanut butter, let alone extra. We also subbed bananas for kiwi on one (which is very easy to do on the app) but that was completely ignored. I don’t understand where the disconnect is. The taste, quality, and ease of ordering gets 5 stars. But they are really going to need to step up the accuracy.

While the food is delicious I did not get what I paid for. I placed a mobile order. On one of the bowls, I asked for extra peanut butter, extra granola and extra Nutella. All of which I paid a separate fee for, and got neither.
On the other I asked for no apples and to substitute them with Kiwi. Extra bananas, extra peanut butter and extra honey. I did not receive the Kiwi or extra bananas as requested, instead I received strawberries extra strawberries. Again all the extras I requested and paid for I did not receive.

The restaurant is excellent, and all the staff members are very professional and kind. I visited on Friday morning, and the service was outstanding. The young woman who assisted me was extremely attentive, friendly, and took the time to speak with me, which made my experience even more pleasant. Multiple times screwing up custom orders over the past few months, and today did not update their menu to reflect being OUT OF ACAI. So now I have an Uber driver calling me to ask what to substitute for Açaí…..for Acai bowls.

The two workers in the front were amazing! I came in with my two kids and they were so sweet, engaging with them and even giving us samples to help us decide. They let us take our time and made the whole experience easy and fun. Customer service was top notch 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

Food was amazing got a otella bowl and a coco loco and it was fantastic. Originally ordered the blue bowl but out of stock manager was extremely nice and understanding and refunded me and gave me a new bowl. Very busy and popular. Will definitely return again. Great job Oola staff! And the girl at the register was beyond nice and friendly!

I work within the Market Street area and was very eager to try Oola Bowls following their Grand Opening on Aug 16 2025.
Expecting wait times to be longer than typical, with the traffic new stores drive and having newer associates, so I placed an online order to be proactive. Estimated wait time was 25 minutes for the bowl I had ordered. Great!
Entering business, there is no designated pickup area. I waited in line for an additional 10 minutes.
Upon getting to register, cashier asked for my name and contents of my order and proceeded to tell me what I ordered was out of stock and I could order something else, waiting another 15-25 minute prep time.
Unfortunately, I do not have infinite expendable time to wait a total of 1 hour+ for what was supposed to be a quick in/out snack.
Manager on duty tried to issue refund, but was unable to provide confirmation other than hopefully 3-5 days the charge is reversed.
Disappointed with business operations. Will attempt a 2nd visit in a few months when all the kinks get worked out.
*Manager called me later on, in the same day, to inform me she is unable to complete refund at store level and I would need to reach out to corporate, providing number. She was kind, but this isn’t a review about her… Still utterly disappointed with operations, perhaps more so having to still deal with rectifying the situation myself.

Food is amazing, the staff is not. I went here for the first time last week and was very disappointed in the service. I received my bowl and the girl who gave it to me looked at me with the most depressing face ever and when I said “Thank you!!” She just stared at me.
