Excellent ramen, both the broth has a full depth of flavor and the noodles are the perfect thickness and cooked to the perfect texture. Included all the typical ramen accoutrements like soft boiled egg, nori, green onion. Doesn’t get any more authentic or delicious.
They have fan favorite tonkatsu broth but also lesser known onodera (shoyu dashi broth base) but not to be thought of as lesser flavor.
You order at the counter, find a seat, then they buzz you when your food is ready. Located on the right corner inside Tokyo Central. Price is on par with other ramens.

It does not say their business hours in the restaurant or online. I waited there at around 7:05 for 15 minutes before they said that they were closed. Their business hours are 11-7 for anyone wondering. They don’t really give you service (so don’t tip) and the ramen takes much longer than it should to come out. The place is small which is to be expected since its in Tokyo Central, but it’s something to keep in mind. I ordered the dashi shoyu ramen w/ egg. The portion size was bad for the price (maybe their premium version is better). The egg was slightly overcooked. The chashu was too tough. The noodles and the broth were amazing and saved the entire dish. Overall, I give the ramen a 8.5/10.

Delicious ramen in Tokyo Central market! I got the spicy miso, it had a kick and broth was delicious. Meat was soft and tender. Service was lightning fast. Definitely stop by!

Nice little Ramen restaurant inside of Tokyo Central. I had the black garlic ramen and it had great flavor. They could probably dial the garlic down a little and still be great. My wife tried the Onodera ramen and liked it but she felt the black garlic was better. The teriyaki chicken bowls were delicious and would make for a nice inexpensive lunch. We will be back.

Ordered the black garlic ramen, and I felt like I had taken a bath in oil. There was a quarter inch deep layer of oil resting on top of my soup. I tried to ladle it off and absorb some with paper towels, and ended up with greasy hands and eating area. I understand a main part of ramen is oil, but this was ungodly. It felt like an assault on my cardiovascular system, and it wasn’t even emulsified either, just completely seperate layer. Luckily however the ingredients were good. I was bummed the charshu pork wasnt seared before going in the ramen. Just boiled. It wasn’t a completely impossible endeavor. I was able to eat the noodles and other ingredients. I was NOT going to drink the broth. 4/10

As I was entering Tokyo Central for some groceries, I noticed this place out of the corner of my eye. I had ordered both the mini Char Siu & mini Teriyaki Chicken bowls just to try it out. To my surprise, the portions were larger than expected for their low prices. The taste of the meat from both bowls were also surprisingly good. After happily finishing both bowls, I decided to try out their onodera ramen. Though the noodles were small, the broth made up for it. I will be going back there again soon.

Terrible and stupid expensive. Threw away most of my bowl of ramen.
Takes forever, tastes terrible and no redeeming reason to ever come back. Hope this place goes out of business so something good can take it’s place.
