Good food!my husband favorite teriyaki spot.Easy to find.great customer service. This spot is located in the parking lot of the brown bear car wash and right next to the smoke shop. I’m 12 years old, the rice was clumpy and hard I let my God brother try it he is 1 years old and he threw up instantly, the next morning my stomach was hurting and I threw up while using the bathroom around 6:30 something, I tried ibuprofen nausea pills and more but kept throwing it up, I tried tea and threw it up, I tried to lay down and threw up again, it was so bad I couldn’t even make it to the bathroom. didn’t stop throwing up until around 8-9 in the morning and had to hum myself to sleep. My throw up was yellow so 100% food poisoning, the tempura shrimp was soggy and I’ve had tempura shrimp before just not from this place, they were never soggy, this was new years night.

I threw up all the food I don’t think that the shrimp was done. And the fried rice was in clumps. I don’t recommend ANYONE TO EAT HERE. IM ONLY 12YEARS OLD. I SHOULDN’T BE FEELING LIKE THIS. I first visited Ono Teriyaki in 1996 while working nearby for a while I got lunch there at least 3 days a week. It’s always been good food and good customer service at a good price. It’s no wonder that after 3 decades they are still there.

I read the reviews. As a black business owner I experienced no discrimination. I actually got really great service. Also the food was awesome and a large portion of meat and rice. It wasn’t filled with a lot of filler like broccoli or cabbage.
