Honestly, I’ve never been pissed off enough to write a review, but today is one of those days. First off my wife had to give her credit card info over the phone in order to place an order for ONE plate. I was hesitant after looking at the reviews for this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the reviews were wrong. So my wife ordered the steak and shrimp with extra meat and mushrooms. And you know, the price is not cheap—$34 for just one plate. The shrimp tasted good, the steak was cooked ok kind of oily and salty, but the rice was very mushy and oily. So I called and told them to check their rice all the girl said was “ok”. When I mentioned I was going to write a review then she said “sorry about that” I didn’t ask for a refund or anything because I was already pissed off and I know it’s hard to do business nowadays because of the high prices. So they can keep the charge, but I will never go back here ever again. I checked the food before getting out, but I didn’t feel if the rice was mushy because, you know, most of the time, rice in restaurants like this is good. Please check your food before heading out, including the rice.

I was disappointed with the food, steak bites were over seasoned and rice was soggy. Also for $18 do you think I could’ve gotten a green salad? Maybe its just me but on a to go order, maybe have the dressing on the side in a cup so its not a soggy mess when you get ready to eat it. I may give it another try but at the moment I wouldnt recommend this place.

There weren’t any customers there when we arrived. However, the phone orders were extremely busy. We had to wait a few minutes before we were able to place our order, then wait till those long orders were fulfilled, before our 2 plates were made. The food was “okay”. I ordered medium rare, but it came well done. Steak was well seasoned, along with they’re fish and shrimp. Overall, food was okay, but not sure if it was worth over $22 per plate.

Was super indecisive about lunch today. Came to this shopping center to eat somewhere else but saw this and decided to give it a shot instead and I’m glad I did! The AC was broke so a little hot inside but it’s hawaii so not uncommon. I got the 12oz steak plate with noodles . Noodles and steak were well seasoned, steak was tender and the rice had all the flavor of the steak on top of it. If you’re looking for a steak plate place in Waipahu this would be my recommendation!

Awesome food, fast service cashier is really personalable and friendly place is clean. If you are in the area, food portion is on the larger size. Definitely check out this place and try their steak noodles.

My fave is the steak and shrimp plate. The steak is so tasty and tender and cooked to perfection! And they allow me to substitute rice with salad which I appreciate. I do wish the shrimp was cooked and seasoned the way their Kapolei location does it but overall, a winner!

Whole experience was horrible, I normally go to the store in Kapolei and from now on that’s the only one I’ll continue to go to. The cashier couldn’t figure out how to place my order, portion size was off, way smaller then normal. I ordered salmon and shrimp, When they gave me my plate they forgot my shrimp. Walked away when I asked for sauce just a overall horrible experience.

The steak was really salty and well done when I had said medium for doneness. Garlic shrimp had no garlic taste…. Good thing I had added the fresh black pepper lol… ALL in all the Customer Service was Awesome but the food was not worth the price in taste or serving size

Love it!! Food is made of great quality and service!! I’m so glad they opened one closer to us we use to have to drive to Kapolei to get these… now we’re driving down the road!! Awesome portions, great made quality of my favorite meat-STEAK!!! The noodles are the icing on the cake!! #GoodQualityFood Check them out!!
