Go eat here when it opens for super fresh food!! If you wait until the end of the day the rice and fried foods aren’t as good, but the toppings and meat are ALWAYS FRESH. Great cuts of fish, the rice was just a bit dry bc I came right before close. The owner is super nice and I love his vibes.

No gluten free alc options but YES gluten free food options

They have pork as a non seafood option for the bowls instead of chicken

I needed to quickly pick up some lunch and came here. The man behind the counter was very nice! The food was delicious – better than I expected. They also have an assortment of Hawaiian drinks to pick. I bought one and it was great. Overall 10/10. Will return soon.

This is hands down the best poke place in Memphis. They have the best bowls, highest quality ingredients, and by far the best customer service. The owner is the most warm and friendly man, no joke he’s probably the nicest person you’ll meet in Memphis. I’ve been coming here for years and the quality has only gone up which speaks volumes. Please support this guy he genuinely deserves it.

So long and thanks for all the fish Ono Poke!!!!

Got spicy salmon and spicy crabstick with avocado added in. Cost 20 dollars, wasn’t very happy about that. Taste was good, portion size is great compared to other poke places. Just wish it didn’t cost so much. Like this place better than others usually.

This place was awesome! We don’t have a poke place where we live so we always try poke wherever we go. This was some of the best poke we’ve had. The meat was fresh. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were friendly. When you walk in this place you get a Hawaiian vibe. Definitely recommend this place.

I love going and picking up lunch here! The food is always great and filling with great portions. They are always friendly and conversational when I order and ask me about my day. Great guy to talk to. My favorite quick and yummy lunch spot! The big wave is my go to with edamame instead of broccoli.

How do I add more stars!!! First time having poke and oh my goodness it was absolutely amazing. I loved the salmon and it had such an absolutely immaculate flavor. The owner is so nice, welcoming, and great to talk to. The place itself had a very nostalgic atmosphere and was very clean! I included some pictures of my bowl after I’d already stirred it. So yummy!!

Very authentic Hawaiian restaurant. The food was ok to say the least. The spam musubi was great but the pork was pre made and not as authentic as I would have hoped. Overall the store was pretty good with providing the Hawaiian essentials as well as having a friendly and accommodating staff.

My experience was okay. The ingredients seemed fresh. The man working there was nice enough, but did not seem to have much training. He gave me the impression that the only meats were uncooked fish (seafood allergy here) so I ordered the vegetarian option with tofu. Then after I got further along the line, I saw vats with pork and beef, which I would have preferred. But perhaps that was just a misunderstanding, and the tofu wasn’t bad. Generous serving size, which was a plus! And the guy was kind enough to allow me to try a sample of the sauce that was used before he added it to my dish. The sauce was a lemony variety of soy sauce and very good. The main concern I have is that when my friend ordered shrimp, he dropped a piece into the container with the edamame beans, then just kind of casually scooped it out. Luckily my allergy is not super sensitive. Overall it was not a bad experience.
