After hearing positive reviews from friends, I decided to pay a visit for lunch with my partner. We enjoyed colorful, fresh, flavorful dishes, tasty desserts, and yummy coffee. The swordfish was exceptional. ALL of the food was exquisite, and the customer service went above and beyond. OKG has a truly unique, lovely ambiance. This spot is a new favorite for sure.

I first tried Hawaiian food when I went to Vegas in the Spring. Loved it. I looked for a local spot and had to try this one. Liked the menu and the fact that you can purchase a wide variety of Hawaiian food products like a grocery store PLUS get items to go since they are also set up like a deli!! I couldn’t try just one protein. They put together a plate with 2 proteins and 2 sides and sticky rice. Wow. Every part of the visit. Not familiar with the place at all and everyone working here made it feel like we stopped at a relative’s house for a quick lunch and visit! I can’t highlight one menu item over another. I can’t wait to go back. I’ll probably bring a cooler for a few To-Go options! I have to apologize for the pictures… I was so anxious to take bites, I forgot to take a picture first. Just a couple bites missing.

I tried the combo plate and laulau plate. All the meats and sides were good. I prefer stuff a little more salted but there’s hot chili and pink salt on the side of the laulau plate which helped everything. The coconut cake had a good flavor but was dry maybe because it is gluten free. Will try out their other desserts that looked good next time!

Welcome to heaven! I love this place so much, I almost don’t want to share it. It’s a smaller place, yet we had our own little room. I don’t even have the words to express how wonderful this place is. The staff there could not be better. Our food was so good. We had the pulled port sliders, a vegetarian stir fry we tofu that tasted like pure deliciousness. Little shop with awesome stuff. So very great. Hi David!!!

Great quality food we had the platter and everything was high quality and large portions. Authentic Hawaiian cuisine would recommend anyone to try it can’t go wrong with any dish. The owner had amazing service and so friendly

I have heard such good things about this place and has to try it. It looked amazing (like all other pics) but I was kind of let down…… the Kalua pig was good, and the rice was too! The shredded chicken was okay but the seaweed salad and macaroni salad were bad…… seaweed salad was chewy and crunchy at the same time, honestly inedible (and I love seaweed salad—hence why I paid $2 more for it). The macaroni/potato salad was as bland as bland can get. And idk what the oily/sauce was for by there was no ascertainable flavor in it…

Guy and David were exceptionally welcoming to us for a complimentary tasting as we were considering caterers. We obviously went with them and they were prompt and professional. The line for their food never went down, it was such a huge hit for our event and they did an outstanding job keeping everything clean and smooth for our residents. We are looking forward to working with them again.

I stopped in to check out the grocery store and was handed a menu, so I took a look. I didn’t immediately find anything that looked vegan, so I asked the person who gave me the menu and he went through most vegetarian items with me. It ended up being the wakame salad and veggie stir fry with tofu. I will be back to try it, but I wasn’t prepared to have a meal there today. The store has a lot of staples I use when I cook the foods I ate in Japan, so I will definitely be back. Good atmosphere, helpful staff, and hojicha. 🙂
