Third different Ono Hawaiian location I’ve been too and still a very solid experience.
Went since they had their black friday sale and got two plates that I usually do else where. Out of everything their chicken is still my favorite and a strong macaroni salad.
Rest is fine but would get BBQ chicken for sure, would recommend.

Went there to get my online to go order. Order was ready before promised time. Chicken is good and moist. The only thing is the BBQ sauce has a wired taste but overall great food!

The food I had was very tasty, and I was enjoying my meal. However, one of the employees (the person in the photo) started sweeping the floor right around my table several times, raising dust while I was eating. He also moved chairs very loudly on purpose, which was quite unpleasant and disrespectful. This behavior really spoiled the experience, even though the food itself was good.

Placed an order for delivery and the driver made a mistake in delivering so we ordered again and one of us made the time to go pick up instead this time. They never made the order. We kept telling them the delivery guy made a mistake so never got the food and they kept insisting that it was picked up so they’re not making another. We paid twice for food we never got. Delivery person never picked up the phone about our missing food. Hopefully our refund comes through. Never going back.

Nice Hawaiian fast food. I feel like the restaurant is a classier version of L&L with the same price. I would go here over L&L.
Food:
Katsu chicken was pretty good. The katsu sauce was sweet. I would recommend this entree. The BBQ chicken was good too. It wasn’t dry. The Kalbi was a little salty, but it was good.
Ambience:
The restaurant itself looks nice and clean. Their tables are clean and simple. There is only one trash and it’s located at the entrance.
Parking: abundance of parking space. Shares with other stores in the area.

Very unsatisfied. I ordered the meal, and as the description said, it should include the meat, rice, macaroni salad, and vegetables. We ordered take-out (because of COVID), and when we arrived home, I was disappointed at the contents. I was supposed to receive 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop of macaroni salad, but instead, I got 3 scoops of rice and no macaroni. Additionally, instead of getting vegetables under my meat as described, I just got more rice. I was left with a bunch of rice and meat with no macaroni or vegetables. To top it off, in the bags, we were supposed to be offered the white and brown sauce, but I was only given 2 brown sauces instead of 1 brown and 1 white. When I asked for sauce, the server explained it was in the bag, when the white sauce was not given. I am unsatisfied because I was not given the experience I was promised, and I was left with macaroni, vegetables, and white sauce missing. FYI this is from the Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Pacific Commons in Fremont, CA.

If you like eating plastic saran wrap, this is the place to go. Found it in my salad. If this is how careless they are with their salad god knows what they do with the meats. Never coming back again! Stay away from this filthy place!
