Ono Hawaiian hits a particular spot I get every now and then for comforting food. This location was busy, but they got my food to me as I ordered it (and plenty of it!) in good time. The sauce counter was just a tad sticky, but other than that I was happy with the cleanliness!

The food here is prepared fresh. It was delicious. I had the BBQ & Katsu mix. Alot of food at a great price. I did try the Spam Musubi. It was good but probably not my thing. The rest of the meal was great. I got mine with white rice and macaroni salad. I saw other reviews about the macaroni salad and had to try it. I am glad I did. I would definitely eat here again.

Food is pretty good and clean restaurant. My family really enjoys it a lot. The katsu chicken to me seems to be more breading than chicken. The macaroni salad has fish in it so I’m not a fan but everyone else in my house loves it

First time trying ONO and it was pretty good Called my order in ( wasn’t easy. Had to call for about 15 minutes. Understandable it was lunch time ). Got a 2 meat plate ( Kalua pork and BBQ Beef ) both really good. The beef was a little hard to chew but had a good taste The pork melts in your mouth ( super tender ) The macaroni salad had a great taste definitely one of the better ones I’ve gotten
and the rice well it was rice not much flavor but a good texture. ( just needs some of that bomb teriyaki sauce on it ) Will definitely be back. Oh yeah the place smelled amazing

Very amazing experience here!! The prices are quite decent, and Jasmine was super amazing!! She catered to our every need and gave us her full, perfect attention. She happily explained the whole menu to us and what she recommends based on what we like, and was super helpful and cheerful. Just for her Customer Service I would come back here again. Very good place to be for our Lunch!!

4-2023 The fish ono sub $8 meal was really good; fried fish, on a bed white rice and side salad type deal.. pretty filling and make sure to get the dipping sauces, you won’t go wrong. It’s a limited time thing so make sure to hurry before 4-10-2023… with any luck maybe the franchise will offer it for this price even when it’s not Lent
4-2020 Serving portions were correct. You might want to drop down to the mini serving unless your hungry as the rice does expand in the belly. Enjoyed the Macaroni salad here and the rice was nice an fluffy. That dipping sauce is the business and you will make trips to the station to refill. The beef seemed a little fatty and the chicken catsu was ok but does require the sauce for flavoring. Pricing for 2 was $20 for 2 people without drinks for a mini and regular serving. Next time I might go for the Aloha Plate to choose my proteins

the meet flavors are great but it be nice if can be more tender. Chiken is wonderful. Love the combination of rice and macaroni sides.
