Foods awesome and decent pricing. The guava pie is bomb and reminds me of a pop tart plus the quava from Porto’s. But it comes with a cost, the ingredients, most of it I can’t even pronounce and it takes up 1/3 of the package and it alone is 600 calories!

What happened to this place? We went to this place a couple times since it opened and the service and the food was great. I ordered their spam musubi today and see for yourself, there was almost no meat. Spending over $7 for just two musubi with practically no meat is just disappointing. I know the quality of a place goes down eventually and they start skimping on things but surprised to see this soon.

I’ve been coming here since it first opened last year and the service is always amazing, I like to get my spam musubi extra well done and never mind the wait because they do it to perfection however today even with the extra wait for being the only car in the drive thru and seeing no customers the spam was even more underdone than the standard. it was just disappointing that even with the wait and no customers the crew couldn’t do the food like usual 🙁

Quick service but no explanation as to why I was charged extra .50 for fish for the special. I was told it would take 10 minutes to get the order. When I received the order, the fish was undercooked. The salad didn’t have enough salad dressing on it.

Maybe 5 pieces. Smallest ones you can find.
With two good size stems of broccoli.
Why would you give kids broccoli.
Combo meal didn’t have Mac salad (signature salad)… had green salad with way too much sliced onion more than the lettuce. With way too much sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
Being that I ordered to go I was not able to take it back to make my opinion noted.
So what does everyone else that picks up and goes get.
I was not happy with how my meals were prepared
The Katsu was not very meaty and overcooked to be close to dry.
This is not how Hawaiian food is prepared and served.
Management needs to step in and make sure the food prepared (especially to go) is up to Hawaiian food standards.
If you don’t know you need to get in touch with the people who first created this business or spend some time at restaurants that are authentic

Make sure they understand your order. Went to the counter ordered 2 keike meals 1 BBQ chicken 1 fried shrimp. When I got home 1 BBQ chicken and got chicken katsu..called admitted their error. No credit offered. Done with this place.
