I went to the drive-thru and ask for 2 Teriyaki kids meal no rice nor maccaroni , instead of rice to just add more veggies for my kids and i was told by the drive-thru Paola that i couldnt & it only came with 3 broccoli, this is ridiculous wanted for my kids to eat healthy and i cant substitute veggies for rice/mac besides Paola been rude.

I haven’t been here in a long time. Just went to the new one in yucaipa. Fantastic! Service was excellent! Good atmosphere! The food is a little pricy but well worth it!! The food was out of this world. Better than what I remember it. Fresh off the grill and bursting with flavor. Really big portions too. I was stuffed by the time I finished my meal. I will definitely be coming back here again and again.

There are certain items you can only get by going inside to purchase them. Lemon pepper chicken breast and Kalua pork to name a few. That’s the only drawback though. The food was well made, extremely fresh and the service was impeccable for fast food!

Nice Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Chicken and beef combo. Yum. I also got a large coke. The meal comes with cabbage, macaroni salad, and rice. Feeling and tasty.

Horrible service!!! Go elsewhere, these people are RUDE!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!! Went through drive thru and they desperately need to train their employees. From the person who took my order, to the cashier they were rude and unapologetic. Could you believe they ran out of teriyaki sauce because they make their own sauce, what a lie!! After that exchange there was no way I could take the order because honestly I was afraid they would spit in my food. I know it’s a new restaurant but they need to train their employees better. Won’t be coming here there are too many other restaurants that deserve my money. DO BETTER!! Call2d today to speak with the manager, Anna, not once did she apologize for the interaction. She is just as rude as her employees.
