I went Nov 6 at 11am. The girl working register need to be in the back with cooks. She has terrible customer service skills. The cooks I don’t know what’s up with them but they gave me little macaroni salad and no chicken. I will say this morning crew was terrible. I went last week and they were on the job.

Fresh and large portions. Out all four dishes my fiery chicken was the least tasty. Teriyaki chicken and BBQ chicken were the tastiest. We left very full. For me personally this a once in a while place. This was my second time coming here in a very long time. We’ll be back in a while.

Very disappointed! I paid almost $15 for my meal, wasn’t satisfied. I feel robbed right now lol. Things are just getting more expensive and they are becoming greedy on the portion sizes. Especially with the protein servings. Chicken was beyond dry. Won’t be returning to this location

If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. I bit into something in my macaroni salad and on closer inspection it was a piece of a plastic bag. Never going back.

I had requested that the macaroni salad was put in a separate container not touching any other food, and when I went to go pickup, the macaroni salad was still in the same container as the rest of the food. I asked them to fix it, and they took the box and “fixed” it only to find out they just scooped it out and even left a fair bit in the box still touching the rest of the food.

The island fire chicken with extra mac is always on point. Plus, the spam musubi and Hawaiian sun tastes amazing. Add a little Sriracha and you’re golden. The Hawaiian sun reminds me of the guavas back in Hawaii.

The service could have been better. There was a huge order. Instead of taking care of the customers in the store, they focused on the big order. They could have cooked the orders of the customers in store while putting the online order together. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for my money back. As I was getting in my car, I noticed another customer walking out before placing their order. They did tell me the wait time would be another 10 minutes. If I had wanted to wait 40 minutes for my food, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant.

I wanted to my order at the register and the girl told me if I was using card to pay with the self order kiosk. I told her no I wanted a person and she said no didn’t have cash. I told her for a second time I was using card. To top it off you can’t see and ones name badge they are all turn and have stickers on them like my two year old son would do. Never coming bad here again.
