My wife and I decided to try this place for dinner last night. When we arrived around 9ish PM. The restaurant is very clean, well-lit with nice decorations. The staff were attentive to customers. My wife ordered BBQ chicken and Beef Combo and I ordered Kalua Combo with Chicken Katsu which is basically shredded pork and bearded chicken. The food arrived shortly. Everything is served in disposable containers even if you are eating in the restaurant which I think is a turn-off! The food was generally good. Not healthy but good! Kalua had a really good smokey taste but was too salty. The BBQ Chicken was just great and juicy. Both combos came with three scoops of steamed rice, macaroni salad and vegetables. There is a water fountain in front of the restaurant which makes a great spot to relax and eat. Overall, it was a good experience if you want to try something different.

Finally got to try Ono Hawaiian bbq and I was surprised how good it was. All the meats were flavorful. The macaroni and rice were solid. My favorite was the katsu chicken with the katsu sauce, very delicious. Prices were reasonable. Will be coming back again.

Very disappointed with the service. Called to place an order and was immediately placed on hold, I waited for five minutes then hung up and called again only to be placed on hold immediately again for another five minutes, so my third time calling I was finally able to place my order after waiting for almost 15 minutes. The worker over the phone was short with me and rude. Not a pleasant experience at all. I’ve ordered at this location a couple of times and this is the only time I’ve had a problem with the service. Food is usually good to mid.

We love this place. It’s one of our go to food places locally. Place is clean the employees are friendly fast and very helpful with our orders. Usually there will be a line on this location and sometimes the line goes outside the door it just depends on the days. We highly recommend if you have the app and time order in advance via app. You will save so much time and your food will be ready in 10-15 min which usually how much time from our house to their location. Plus you’ll skip the line. Although since the location is in the corner of the dead end it could be hard to find parking due to other businesses next to them. We never have problems finding an open parking spot.

Food was great. I forgot how good it is. The woman who waited on me was pleasant to talk to, and the restaurant was clean. They were busy but food was prepared quickly. I had no trouble finding a place to park. Good experience. One note of caution, the outside courtyard with a fountain is isolated and vulnerable to intrusion by strangers. As i was finishing my meal a very intoxicated man sat down at my table clutching two half consumed bottles of liquor. He tried to say something but couldnt seem to get words out. I told him to have a good one and left. I won’t be sitting there again even though it is lovely, uncrowded, and mostly in the shade.
