Just came from there I ordered my favorite number 5 and they gave me 1 piece of chicken 1 piece of fish 3 shrimp. Serve the order right. There putting less food in the plate. Someone should get fired. It’s the third time they mess up my order. I have a long day at work, and then it’s the most expensive plate in the menu. Stealing food is not good!

Tried to bring my daughter here to broaden her pallet and show her my favorite dish. Only to end up waiting seriously too long for the food to be finished all while listening to the cooks in the back either having a party or reciting a musical the whole time so clearly they had all the time in the world. Then to add insult to injury finally, the island fire chicken i raced home to show off and enjoy turned out to instead be someone’s dry chicken and beef combo… I’m not driving all the way back just to have to wait again!

As of today I’m never coming back to this Ono AGAIN! Ordered by phone at 8:36pm and they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at about 9, payed, and my food still wasn’t ready. I was waiting there 20 minutes while people walked in and out with their orders and me just sitting there. I finally got sick and tired that I just asked for a refund. I’ll just take the drive to the Ono by USC.
I was in the area so I decided to try this spot again. Ordered on the phone for pickup, but as soon as I get home, I instantly regretted it. Chicken was burned, there wasn’t as much food as other locations I’ve been to. I’ve visited the Gardena location off Redondo Beach Blvd, the USC location off Figueroa and the location on imperial and Crenshaw. This is by far the skimpiest amount of chicken I’ve ever got. To top things off, some of the chicken off my chicken combo was raw. This is disgusting.

Really rude staff member behind the counter. Asked me for my receipt to get my order which they forgot to add some food dish. Had to go back and get it. Also long wait and they let a homeless person walk around asking for money really dirty.

Shoutout to staff for having the A/C blasting during the hot days, felt amazing while eating. The meal was delicious, but the BBQ Beef was a tad tough to chew. Everything else was yummy!
