As of today I’m never coming back to this Ono AGAIN! Ordered by phone at 8:36pm and they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at about 9, payed, and my food still wasn’t ready. I was waiting there 20 minutes while people walked in and out with their orders and me just sitting there. I finally got sick and tired that I just asked for a refund. I’ll just take the drive to the Ono by USC.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant seemed clean. The food was good like most of their chain restaurants. I took a star off because the kids chairs were beyond disgusting. It seems like they have never been cleaned. I tried cleaning IT with baby wipes, but the filth is so accumulated that it didn’t do much. Grab Clorox or something to sanitize the chairs, daily! It should have never gotten that bad!
