Ordered chicken BBQ & Katsu, was under the impression I was getting beef and katsu as shows in the picture. Ordered from door dash, got the plate and its beef and bbq chicken. Handled through door dash and got refunded. Called the store to tell them how I felt because I’m a regular customer @ ONO, get transferred to manager and explain to her, doesn’t apologize doesn’t show any appreciate for the business of a regular customer. Proceeded to tell me how I ordered it wrong on door dash, and explained how I should order it next time. When listening to her explanation I see the plate actually comes with bbq beef chicken and katsu, I explained to her why I would have to order it different if I would have all three, I’m just missing the katsu. She kept telling me to order it right next time, I told her why would I have to substitute if you told me I ordered all three. Still never apologized, and said next time they can give me a “little plate of katsu” if I come in. I explained to her I also have my own business and this level of customer service is just terrible. A simple sorry dude, appreciate your business would’ve sufficed. Probably not coming back here again..

The place is real clean and the cashier that took my order was super professional… It took about 15 minutes for my order but I did order two seafood platters which by the way were delicious… It does seem like they changed their macaroni salad ingredients and although it wasn’t what I was expecting it was pretty tasty… Fish and jumbo shrimp were juicy… Good eating today!!

Wort experience ever!!! I ordered the fire island chicken through Uber eats and as I was eating I noticed a metal screw in my food

I’m autistic and my current safe food is the chicken and beef combo. Well I order it for delivery and uber eats doesn’t let me change my sides to all Mac and rice so I’ve started calling the restaurant to ask them to change it for me. When I tell you out of the 5+ times I’ve ordered in the last couple weeks they’ve only kinda messed up once and even then it was just them forgetting the sauce. They’re never rude about me calling and i really appreciate the accuracy! It’s really nice to not have to worry about whether or not the restaurant got my order right. That itself would be enough to get a good review from me but the fact that they’re nice about it really helps even more! Thanks for dealing with my modifications every few days!

Took my daughters there and had a great experience. They enjoyed the food and loved the reusable lunch bags their meal came in. We had an accident were my youngest dropped her food as soon as she received it. The server noticed and immediately ordered another plate for me, free of cost. I really appreciate their attentiveness.

I’ve come here quite a few times and every time. I am greeted with a smile. The team look like they’re working hard especially the ladies who decided to clean the tables off and all that good stuff. I appreciate the attention to detail.

It truly is a hit or miss, at times it falls far beyond other ono locations in quality and portion sizes and other times it’s as good as the one in torrance and I have no complaints. The problem is when it’s bad you end up with a half portion of nose fresh food and feeling ripped off. I definitely thank the good workers and appreciate them, the others should be let go as it’s ruining the location.

This place is bad. All the dirty looks from the employees should’ve been a sign but I’d just figured that’s how they looked. The little big girl doing drive thru has an attitude problem. Trying to ask her for napkins to how she was speaking to the customer was fail. Avoid at all cost!!!

customer service is great, they’re always nice, always make the food good. If there’s any issues, they have no problem fixing it. They always answer the phone, they always take your order right away, and they NEVER have attitude. 11/10
