Food Quality: 3.8 / 5 Everything tastes fresh, and portions are solid, but the food is noticeably bland. It feels like very little seasoning is used. The Shrimp & Island White Fish is the standout item and my go-to order, especially paired with a fresh coconut, which is a nice touch. Still, the quality has declined compared to the first few weeks after opening. Every time I go back, I feel like it’s a little worse.

Service: 3.2 / 5
Service has gone downhill over time. Early on, staff greeted you when you walked in and were attentive. Now, ordering is pushed entirely to self-serve kiosks, and asking for help often results in eye-rolling or being redirected back to the kiosk rather than actual assistance.

Cleanliness: 4.3 / 5
The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Dining areas, counters, and restrooms have consistently been in good shape during visits.

Atmosphere: 4.6 / 5
Everything is new and clean, nothing stands out in a negative way.

Value for Money: 3.4 / 5
Portion sizes help justify the price, but long waits during peak times make it harder to justify the value. Waiting 30 minutes on a Friday or Saturday night for food of this quality isn’t worth it. Weekday lunches are a much better experience.

QC has a newer location, and we tried it for the 1st time. It is a Friday night, and the entire center is packed- busyness def affected prompt service. Ordered in app, then day in DT due 27 min behind 1 car. Lack of parking when busy makes people park in the DT spots, so the case in front of us had to stay in the DT, and business couldn’t continue. They need more parking..lol.. Food was pretty good but too much gristle on the chicken, and we only got 1 small piece of broccoli each!

Hey guys, it’s Pam here with another food review today. I am at Ono Hawaiian barbecue the new location in Queen Creek. When I arrived it was a little hard to find a parking space but once I got inside, the staff was very welcoming very professional I had never been to one before, so the cashier Shared The menu and I ended up getting the teriyaki chicken with two sides of rice and two sides of macaroni and let me tell you 10 out of 1010 out of 10 the meat is juicy. It falls apart in your mouth. The rice is perfectly steamed the macaroni salad‘s kiss I’m obsessed with this place. If you are ever in the Queen Creek area visit on Hawaiian barbecue on Ellsworth Road in the Costco parking lot.

First time customer. We did drive-thru and our food was cold when we got home (7 mins). The BBQ was burned and tough and t he teriyaki chicken was flavorful, but one hard giant florets of broccoli. The macaroni salad was very tasty.

I order my food from the drive thru…waited maybe 5 to 10 mins. In line. Got to the drive thru windows and was told to pull into a spot and my food would be out soon. This isn’t nothing that is unusual. But what may me upset was I watched literally 9 cars get their food! When I did see an employee deliver yet a other car’s food, I told her I had been waiting at that time 20 mins. She says I saw your order will be right back…fast forward 10 mins and she comes out. Says sorry and leaves. From the time I order till I got my food it was 45 mins. This is unacceptable. All I order was 2 teriyaki and a katsu plate

Love their food but it is literally a 15 to 45 minute wait every time we come here. Tonight it was somewhat busy but not packed and it took 35 minutes to get our food to eat in the restaurant. They steadily served the to-go or pickups though.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at the drive-through. The staff showed little sense of urgency and were unprofessional in their interactions. They greeted me briefly, took my payment, and then closed the window while joking around, leaving me waiting for my order. When my food was handed to me, there was no acknowledgment or “thank you.” This level of service was unacceptable and does not reflect the positive experience I have come to expect from this restaurant. I hope steps can be taken to ensure staff provide attentive and respectful service to all customers.

Upset 2nd time I order from this location. Love the the food.
The 1st time my food was not HOT.
This time I ordered pickup. Got home and was missing 2 of my macaroni salad plates.
What’s is more upsetting is not being able to speak with anyone. Called the location and goes to auto system that tells me they are busy and call later. It wasn’t busy when I stopped by plenty of staff and on single customer.
Ono please do better. Love the food. But how could my order be wrong when you have plenty of staff members not talking calls

I had the pleasure of having Casey as my driveway thru person Christmas eve. He put the biggest smile on mine & my husbands face. Its hard to find happy employees but especially hard Christmas eve. Casey, I hope you never stop being your genuine self and spreading your talents. Something so small could change someone’s day or their life.

The Katsu chicken was inedible, thin, tough, all dark meat that was almost nonexistent and fried too long. My previous experience, at another restaurant, with Katsu was that it was made with white meat and very tender. The teriyaki chicken was very good.
