It was really good! We had it for breakfast and highly recommend it. The food was delicious and worth the stop. The place is a little tight on space, but I would definitely go back the next time I’m in Denver.

I come here every single year on the same day for my first date anniversary! They’ve even accomodated our whole family on our wedding day at their other location! I’ve always loved them since they first opened. The service & ambiance is always top notch. Their Vietnamese coffee is tasty, with a mix of spices! One of my fave coffees in Denver.
I do think expanding to 3 locations after all this time has maybe created a level of quality control that can’t be helped.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to come as often now because the food has changed significantly since the beginning. The menu itself hasn’t changed, so we order the same things almost every time. Their congee which used to be balanced & complex is now heavily salted/inedible (we bring it home & make a huge pot with it and still can’t reduce all the salt.) Their duck fried rice is mainly oil now, and the rice soaks it in, becoming soggy. This has been the case the last few times we’ve stopped by or brought friends.
Their chilaquiles is still consistently enjoyable, alongside the breakfast burrito. It’s just a shame a lot of the Asian brunch items that made them a standout before are no longer good.
We’ll still come every year, same as always since it has such a big piece of our hearts, and hopefully the food will get back on track someday.

loved this spot! enjoyed the vietnamese coffee and breakfast tacos. very filling portion and cozy vibe. note that the restaurant is pretty small so depending on when you visit you may need to wait for a table unless you are fine with sitting at the bar, we visited on a weekday morning around 10am and it was packed. well worth the wait though!

The food was absolutely a 10/10. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, and it was so good I’ve genuinely considered flying back just to have it again.
Upon arrival, the seating process was a bit unclear. We weren’t sure whether to seat ourselves or wait to be seated, and there was no designated waiting area. Since we traveled from Ohio and it was our first visit, the process was a little confusing—though it may feel more intuitive for locals.
That said, the establishment itself was charming, clean, and the presentation of the food was beautiful!

The food was very good, I would have rated it a 5 star but the service was kind of not there today. As my party and I asked for waters and we did not recieve any water/drinks with our order to have with food.

Onefold, all I can say is wow!! This little gem holds a big spot in my heart!! When you want different, delicious, and amazing vibes, this should be your first thought every time. I have been a customer for over 3 year’s now. I know every time the flavors will always be how they were my first time (A huge smile from my heart knowing I found something different but soul satisfying!!). When I first stumbled upon Onefold, I was seeking something different tired of the same old boring “diner-waffle-egg-sausage-lameness-combination”. This was like striking gold for me!! I have ordered quite a bit of the menu over the years and everything I try –even if it’s not my favorite- is still delicious and exceptional. Presentation is always gorgeous, friendliness from the staff is on point. It’s a place that you can go and feel soo comfortable and enjoy a delicious meal. I look forward to continuing my loyalty and dedicated customer journey to Onefold as they expand and open new locations!! Thank you everyone at Onefold, keep being amazing!!

This place is fantastic. It was unassuming but spectacular. My sister and mother said their huevos rancheros were the absolute best they’ve ever had. My congee was so deeply flavorful and the portions were commensurate with the pricing. The icing on the cake was their delicious fresh squeezed juice and actually fantastic drip coffee. Definitely a new favorite brunch place for my family
