The hubby surprised us with a Valentine’s Day brunch at this restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for parking to open up because half the lot is dedicated to a private event. We were greeted by friendly hostesses who sat us down right away. We ordered quickly. Waited an hour and the food never came. As you can imagine with young children this was extremely inconvenient. The final straw was the table next to us (one of only two tables that received a food order) left most of their food uneaten. I can wait for good food but not for food people deemed inedible. My husband’s plans for us were ruined by an unprepared establishment.

We stopped in last night to have some drinks and listen to music and we’re immediately greeted by every staff member there. It was such a pleasant welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the atmosphere was so chill. Servers were singing and smiling, like everyone was family. I read up on the history of the establishment and Bishop Omar Jahwar, and I can say the young men working last night were true examples of what Mr. Jahwar stood behind. I bid The Fivee Bistro & Bar much success and will do my part by letting others know about this place. PS. Thank you for the complimentary hush puppies!

The food was really good. Love the creativity of the menu. I had the turkey and seafood dressing bowl. It was really tasty but kinda salty. The atmosphere was up best and party feel. The music was a little loud. But set the atmosphere. They could use a remodel furniture Ave fixtures. But it is a good location and ok for a brunch location.

The service started off great but declined quickly. Our waitress ended up having to cook as well, which may explain the issues with the food and/or why we waited so long to be served after our initial order. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing across the board. The shrimp was undercooked with an overpowering seafood smell and taste, the fries were overcooked and seemed stale, the fish was dry and overdone, and the wings were heavily over-seasoned. While the mac and cheese was cheesy, it lacked seasoning, and the greens were far too salty.
This was our second visit, but sadly, it will be our last. The atmosphere may be good for a lively night out, but the food doesn’t meet the mark.

Came here with a friend for brunch and we had a good time. They did play a variety of music and our waiter was nice and attentive.
I ordered the shrimp and grits (it came with greens) and a side of bacon. The food came out very quickly and I can say that it was good. The portions are large and I was able to eat my fill. My friend and I also ordered a mimosa carafe which came out a little time after the food. Overall, we had a good time and would return to try out different options. *Attached friend’s chicken and waffles*

Had the loaded chicken and waffles the seasoning was amazing and the Service was very good our server DeMarcus was very nice and had amazing service. I will definitely be back.

I love a lit/day party style brunch, and this place did not disappoint not 1 bit! 1st, let me just say our waiter, Marvin, was an EXPERIENCE! and when I come back, I want him to wait on us ALWAYS! He took very good care of our table and smoothed out any hiccups we had. The food was very good, plentiful and seasoned. It was a little cold coming out. Mimosas were really good also. The live band was the icing of the top! Only draw back is that it is dark inside and the velvet seats need to be cleaned. We will definitely be back.

The food was seasoned well & the presentation is grand but it’s served cooler than room temperature. Our entire party of 15 was served almost cold food and at different times throughout the few hours we were there. If it wasn’t for that I’d give 4 stars. Our server was okay but a little short on patience. Orders including drinks were slow to get but I don’t think it was on her they are just slow there because they are busy and could use a few more servers & bartenders. I would definitely go back but I wouldn’t order any food. Parking is behind the building & across the street in front of the building.

The vibes were awesome. The wings and greens were amazing. I don’t say that often when it comes to greens. The Island Mimosa was good, but a little too sweet. Now this chicken breast had me very disappointed. The size of it was for a kid. I don’t recommend the fries, the picture says it all. The Mac & cheese was okay. Overall it was nice and I would go back just for the greens and wings lol
