Reviews
We chose One Ten for their focus on farm to table. Being on the road, NA cocktails were a plus.
The Tempura Olives set the stage as the starter of the wonderful meal to come. The 110 Pasta was deliscious. The Short Rib was unctuous and rich.
The staff ultimately made for a most memorable experience, meeting the chef and his second was an unexpected delight.
We loved it all!
IMO, there are some things they are doing well and some than need work.
Me and the wife went there for a Sunday dinner I had a burger and she had their pasta.
What they do well:
– Service was very good.
– Toilets were immaculately clean
– Ambiance is decent although somewhat generic.
– hours. I like that it’s open for dining until 10pm.
What they need to work on:
– pricing. Their burger was $22 bucks and categorically not an artisan burger, it’s just the standard sysco supplied frozen patty. He server didn’t even ask me how I like it cooked.
– selection. Beer selection is nor good. Only draft beers are $10 and fieldwerks. $8 for a bottle of coors is going to push people off.
– food quality. The wife was very unimpressed with her pasta.
In summary not a bad restaurant at all, but pushing downtown napa prices in American canyon may not succeed.
Foodie friends, if you’re in Napa County, this spot is a MUST-VISIT!
We had the absolute privilege of dining at One Ten Restaurant & Bar, a modern farmhouse-style restaurant that radiates clean, class, and style—an elegant space where every dish is made with a purpose. ✨
️ Here’s what we indulged in:
Saffron Crab Arancini – The perfect crunch on the outside with a luxurious center. The aioli? An absolute game-changer, elevating every bite with its rich, flavorful touch.
Crispy Coconut Prawns – I’ve had coconut prawns before, but this? Next level. The balance of sweet and salty was spot on, making every bite feel like a tropical dream.
Grilled Octopus Salad – Tender, smoky, and cooked to perfection. But let’s not forget the sides—the acidity and texture were impeccably balanced, making this dish a true standout.
Now, let’s talk DESSERT!
Banana Cheesecake – Creamy, dreamy, and packed with that natural banana goodness without being overwhelming.
Classic Crème Brûlée – A silky smooth custard with that signature caramelized top that shatters just right. Timeless and oh-so-decadent.
Chocolate-Coated Gooseberries – Move over, chocolate strawberries! ❌ These tangy, juicy, crunchy gooseberries wrapped in rich chocolate were an absolute revelation! If you love a sweet-sour surprise, this is your new addiction.
✨ Final Thoughts? From the ambiance to the food, One Ten Restaurant & Bar delivers an experience that’s nothing short of exceptional. Whether you’re looking for a cozy date night or a classy dining spot or even a small event venue, this is for YOU!
Chives, their logo, isn’t just a design—it’s a symbol of the passion they pour into every dish. And trust me, you can taste it.

My NY Strip was perfectly medium rare, the new potatoes and vegies were cooked without being mushy or to crisp(raw)- just right. I ordered the asparagus add-on and the only issue i had with that was I would have loved for more of it. Not enough to share but enough as an add-on to the very generous helping of potatoes and veggies that came with the steak.
The decor is nice without being pretentious or overdone. With two beers and a tip I spent about $112 and feel it was well worth it. This takes me back to my not understanding how it could only be rated 4.3 stars and feel it should be 4.7 or 4.8 stars. Very good and very hard to beat. Go, you won’t be sorry.
