I ordered a hot sausage sandwich off Doordash and it barely came with any sausage. it also included American cheese even though I didn’t order mine with it since I can’t really eat cheese. There was no option to add cheese to a sausage sandwich and the description didn’t say that cheese automatically came on it so I’m not sure what happened. Maybe my order got mixed up with someone else’s? I probably won’t order from here through Doordash again, but maybe I will if I’m in the neighborhood.

Ordered two cheesesteaks and a large order of fries. Total came to $27 and for nothing.. I specifically asked for salt pepper and garlic on my fries. They provided no pepper nor garlic so those went to waste. The hoagies were more like loafs of bread with a tiny amount of unseasoned meat on each. Needless to say, I was better off going to a papi store.

Good cheesesteaks. I do recommend this spot. However, I gave it 4 stars, not 5, and I am dating myself….because these cheesesteaks used to be literally as long as my arm!!! But…that was probably 25 years ago . Also, back then, this spot used to be open later.

5 stars for value. It is just a take out window. Customer service is nice but they mix up orders and get things wrong sometimes. Taste is good depending on what you order. Prices are really good for the sandwiches.

Them I wanted no mayonnaise or ketchup on the sandwich as I don’t eat it, instead it was slathered with it, figured maybe because it was midnight I’d try earlier. Went back a few days later, explained what happened to the counter girl and asked that they please make sure the sandwich had nothing on it. I guess the cook and the counter girl thought it was cute that they not only put mayo but also ketchup, and she ahead the audacity to reassure me that he put nothing on it, twice they wasted my money and I won’t be giving them another chance. Edited to add details: the first order was at about 12 am, I think it was a Sunday but I could be wrong. The woman who took the order was friendly enough, told me she only works a few shifts when she can because she has a special needs daughter that requires a lot of her attention and time. The second time(I forget the day but can look at the pictures I took of all

I love the quality of these cheese steaks. I like mine messy and loaded. The flavor shows that they love what they’re doing and they always serve with a smile. They also have many options. Not just cheese steaks and the desserts are always stocked with a nice variety

I ordered their cheese steak on uber eats with mushrooms extra meat and extra cheese it came with none of that. I hate spending my money here I swear the service is always mediocre and the cheesesteaks are buns if you want a good cheesesteak where you get what you pay for just bring some cash and go to max’s or stop at a papi store.

I Decided To Try This Place after Driving By It A Few Times Now That Im A New Resident Of The Area, So I Called Twice And No One Answered, I Actually Called From 2 Different Numbers And No One Answered Either One. So I Then Walked To The Location And Was Met At A Window by A Woman Who Was Short With Black Hair And Rude She Didn’t Say Much But Was Very Short With Her Interaction And Cleary Didn’t want To Be There. I Ordered A 1ft Cheesesteak With Fries And Waited 20mins While Others Pulled Up And Ordered At The Window Just As I Did And Got There Food Right Away Finally When I Went To The Window And Asked Where My Food Was, And I Was Ignored For a Few Mins Then I Finally Tapped On The Window And Was Told That She Would Be With Me and Then Appeared and randomly Gave Me a Small Bag That Had Both The Fries And Steak in It. When I Got Home The Steak Was HORRIBLE It Was COLD Cheese Whiz on The Steak Which Made The Meat Cold as Well, The Fries Were Good But Had A lot Of Catsup Which I Never Asked For, The Overall The Experience Was NOT GOOD and a Waste Of My $15 I Should At Least Get a Remake Of the Steak

My beef with this place is in the name. One pound cheesesteak, and you barely get half a pound for 17 dollars. The meat to bread ratio is off. I’ve had this place on four different occasions, and it consistently tastes bland. I like the texture of the sandwich but seasoning matters. The cheese fries barely had any cheese for 9 dollars and it was soggy. Neverless, I do appreciate them trying their best to conceal the food from contamination. This place isn’t bad but it’s not the best either.
