Both waiter and waitress were very friendly and helped us to place our orders.
Our noodle was delivered quickly and the flavors were just wonderful! The noodles were very chewy which is what I like about it.

2nd visit, consistent food and service quality. My favorite is 羊杂汤。 something rare in the Bay Area restaurants: their default tip calculation is based on the food price excluding tax! This shows that they are honest business! Definitely recommend! Some suggestions: the bathroom need some refreshments more often.

New reference hand pulled noodle shop in the Bay area. We had quite a few items on the menu and they are all authentic and good. I like the lamb organs soup, tasty! It’s listed on the menu as haggis soup. Don’t miss the beef ribs soup noodles either.

While searching for dinner on a late Sunday night, I came across this One Piece Lamian so decided to give it a try. My partner and I both ordered their handmade noodle soup dishes. My partner got their recommended Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup (壹條特色牛骨面) with Small Flat noodles. While I wanted lamb, I got their Nourishing Lamb Noodle Soup (滋補羊肉面) with General Wide noodles. I also got one of their Braised Pork Pita Burger (臘汁肉夹餛). Both of the noodle soup came with a milky, light, but good flavor broth. The noodles are also cooked well and have a good chew to it, I quite like it. They also had other dishes like dry noodles, pastries, and appetizers, but will have to try those next time.
The Miscellaneous
We discovered the restaurant in a plaza along with other storefronts. The restaurant is pretty spacious inside, there is a good amount of seating. You can push some tables together to accommodate some decent party size. Their staff was quite sincere and the service was good as well during the time we visited. They specialize in lamian (拉面), or hand pulled noodles, so their menu focused on noodle. But they also have other side dish selection as well. The noodles did not disappoint, and would recommend giving this a try if you want some warm noodle soup.

I truly enjoyed my meal here. It came out so quickly and was piping hot. The beef was so tender and went perfectly with the pickled cabbage and hot chili oil. The noodles were also perfectly textured and very generously portioned as well. The liangpi was extremely delicious as well – so refreshing on a warm day. To top it off, Ivan was so kind and recommended some future dishes I can try. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience.

Handmade noodles are very delicious and fresh. Wantons were amazing too. We also tried the lamb cumin and pork sandwiches and they were both amazing. The cumin lamb sandwich was more flavorful. Portions are slightly small but prices are fair ( just make sure you order enough).

The food was INCREDIBLE. It blew me away. The beef bone noodle soup was so refreshing and just such a nice clear broth. It definitely gives a home cooked feeling to it. All the food items we got were beyond delicious and exceed expectations. A must try if you are craving noodles. 10/10 would come back. Will definitely be a regular here.
