Unwelcome atmosphere. No greetings. No smiles. Baristas looked like I was a bother simply by walking in. I’ll probably give this place another try because the coffee was good & the shop was cute. I’ll just keep my fingers crossed that different staff is working next time.

Since the Whitetail cafeteria was not open until 11am, I went to this place for coffee and breakfast. Then I stayed longer because it’s so clean and bright and warm and everything was so nice. Both coffee and sandwich tasted great. I will come directly here next time.

The coffees amazing but maybe the staff could use some. They are always in a rush to take your order and move on from you. Responses are mundane and seems like too many words are bothering. Thats what I feel like when I am interacting with the folks behind the counter, I’m bothering them while paying for services. Its unfortunate but it’s the only real coffee place for miles. Guess they hit a gold mine. Until Starbucks pulls up..best of luck!

This used to be my favorite coffee shop in the area but over the past few years I’ve noticed a few things that have been let go. The quality of the drinks are not as good. I will say the atmosphere of the over shop is one of the best. However my main concern and why I am giving a 2 star review is the customer service/timing. I’ve been over a dozen times this year and the service is slower than a turtle even when they’re not busy. It’s slow when busy and it’s slow when not busy. There’s no sense of urgency whatsoever. My friend waiting 25 minutes for a singular bagel. I understand a slow relaxed coffee shop but not everyone wants to wait 20 minutes for a single coffee. Heck I even tried ordering online thinking it would be faster so I could come inside and pick it up and go. No such luck. When I arrived whoever was working said oh we didn’t see an online order come in…. So again I had to wait.
