Went to this establishment two years ago because we lived nearby. My wife is white and I am Hispanic. There was an older woman chain smoking cigarettes playing what looked like video poker. We ordered two Coronas from a male bartender who asked for ID. We are in our 40’s so no problem. My wife showed her driver’s license and I showed my passport. They told us they could not serve us because I had a passport. I’m Hispanic. We left. It stunk like cigarettes inside anyway. I have not returned since. We prefer clean and more upscale less discriminatory establishments.

Walked in, bartender didn’t acknowledge us, but a patron did. Only about 10 people in there. She was talking to a customer and continued to talk to the customer even though I was standing straight in front of her. We waited about 4 minutes, I raised my hand told her 2 Miller Lites, she walked over to a cooler, started talking to another customer, and didn’t even open the cooler to get us a beer. We left and will not go back.

This is a high quality LONG STANDING neighborhood pub that is great for all occasions! I’ve been an 18 year friend and customer and can’t say enough about owner Becki Stallings.
