⭐️⭐️ Review for One Love Restaurant
This is about my third attempt trying to get customer satisfaction from this restaurant, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. I ordered oxtails with peas and rice and specifically asked for extra gravy. The plate was already wrapped, and I was assured the extra gravy was included.
When I got home, there was no extra gravy at all, and the food was too dry to eat. I called and then returned the food the next day. All they did was give me extra gravy—no replacement, no real resolution. Instead, they tried to justify why there was no gravy, which made it feel like I was being blamed.
Very disappointing customer service. I will not be revisiting this restaurant again.

We ordered the jerk chicken sandwich. I was told that it was their signature sauce. It was between a cocoa bread. We ended up having to season the chicken back up with some epis and actually giving it some char. The sandwich was very bland and the cocoa bread was soggy in between because of the moisture of the tomato. It was nothing I would order again. I did enjoy the fries. I just feel as though the sandwich needed more love and flavor. At least have some char on the grilled chicken.

The food was very delicious with plenty of flavor! My friend and I both started to eat it before I could take any pictures. We ordered upon arrival, and the food was prepared within 30 mins, but you can call ahead for pickup…. If you are looking for clean restaurant with authentic, caribbean dishes filled with flavor this is the place to go! You will NOT be disappointed! The quality and quantity of the food is worth more than they are charging for it. I will definitely be going back very soon!

So good! We had a sea food bowl and a curry schrimp. The shrimp came with rice and beans, mac n cheese and steamed veggies. Great place if you are looking for a flavorful filling meal.
