It was… fine. Worst wings I’ve ever had, SO salty how do you goof up wings… the salad was fine. The burger was pretty good. Their beer is great, but the server dropped the check on the table without asking before I could order a second one so I only tried the one I had. I might try going back one more time, it wasn’t like offensively bad or anything but I don’t really know why I’d go back either. Pretty uninspiring at best

The atmosphere is really awesome here! The food is pretty good as well. They have some decent beers and other guests seemed to really enjoy them. The staff was really friendly and attentive even when it got really busy. Great place to hang with friends or if you have your family with you

One Lake Brewing has added more vegetarian options! I tried the grain bowl and it was delicious. The pub pretzel was also outstanding. One Lake’s beers are always on point.

Sadly, the grain bowl and the stuffed peppers are no longer on the menu. New vegetarian items include a portabella “philly” sandwich, a hummus and veggies plate, and the beyond burger. The hummus veggie plate was ok, carrots and radish with some hummus. Same with the philly, just ok. Mushroom was hot but not seasoned or cooked much. The fries are now shoestring fries, and arrived lukewarm at best. This was our neighborhood spot, I hope the menu will add more vegetarian items in the future.

Great food, excellent beer, and a knowledgeable staff. Unique cocktails to top it off and a beautiful location. Love the history that ties the whole neighborhood together. The fish and chips were super fresh, bbq fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Will be back to try more.

I went as they had just opened their rooftop patio during the CoVid-19 time. They had 6 tables all spread apart very well. Servers kept mask on the whole time, online menu, and friendly service. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. I saw them turn a table, when the table nearest to us left the servers sprayed and cleaned every chair and table on a 6 top even though only 2 people sat down. Very clean and thorough, tasty beer and a nice view to boot.

Had an excellent time checking this new place out. Atmosphere is awesome and every floor, including the roof is beautiful. Food was delicious as well as the beer. While they don’t advertise flights on the menu, they are available. No complaints at all, happy to see a brand new business off to a great start. Will definitely be back.

OVERPRICED MEDIOCRE FOOD

We got a group of 14 people here on a late Sunday afternoon. Nobody had ever been here before. We chose this place because it was a central location for everyone. The first impression was that it was a pretty neat place. The beer bottle chandelier is a really nice touch.

The service itself was fine. Not great. Not bad. Just fine. I guess this was a slower time of day, therefore the bartender was taking care of the tables as well as the bar. She did a fine job.

I’m not a craft beer connoisseur myself, so I tried the soccer mom seltzer. Apparently it’s something that they make in-house. It’s awful. It tastes like a watered-down wine cooler that lost all of its fizz. I do not recommend it.

The food was extremely overpriced for the portions that they serve. For example, I ordered the barbecue pork sandwich. It came on a big bun, but when you open the sandwich, the portion of the protein was disproportionately smaller than the bun. The temperature of the food was not great either. They also upcharge you for ordering additional sauces. About the only thing I give them credit for (food-wise) is that the fries were tasty. Otherwise, everyone else in my group pretty much felt the same way that I did.

The beer might be good, but no one in the group said anything remarkable about it.

Great local place to stop in for a beer and upscale bar food. As a vegetarian I can eat about half the menu so that is a definitely plus.

When it first opened service was kind of a toss up especially if you were on the roof but it seems alot of those kinks have been worked out! Overall the staff has been helpful and polite.

The rooftop is my favorite and I have yet to dine in on the main level. The only down side is as of my last visit they still dont have a full bar just beer and wine but dont let that stop you from checking it out!

Good selection of beer including some barrel aged stouts. Also had some cocktails and ciders. Nice rooftop patio. We didn’t have any food but it looked good.

They had quite a busy opening weekend so I always give some slack in the service for a newly opened restaurant. This place was BUSY so I was glad to have made a reservation on their website. I wouldn’t recommend the patio, as it’s right at Lake and Austin which can be a noisy intersection. It was noticeably noisy from the rooftop.
The server on the rooftop, Lucas, was definitely stretched thin. He was also a cool guy when he stopped by our table. The rooftop was an awesome experience especially after the sun set and the lighting stood out a bit more.
We just had drinks (only house brews were available at the rooftop bar). Only $6 a pint definitely makes this a place where we’ll come back!
Of their house beers, I preferred the lighter Hopbrite and Helles No! over their darker Goodnight Cow (lactose stout) and Schwartzbier. And I’m usually a fan of darker beers.
