Just ate an amazing bacon cheeseburger at One Fourteen Bar & Grille. It tasted like a burger straight off the grill from home. I spoke with one of the new owners while he was working on securing the new deck and was informed that none of their food is frozen; all of it is freshly prepared daily. Even their ranch sauce and the batter that they use for their appetizers and chicken. My husband got their Philly cheese melt and was impressed with how tender the meat was. I’m not one for spicy foods, and even though their homemade salsa had a bit of a kick to the aftertaste, I still found myself grabbing another bite. The chips were brought out to us warm, which was an added bonus. I definitely would recommend this place. They show that they care a lot about the safety and satisfaction of their customers. 10/10 rating

What a gem, great atmosphere, staff is awesome and the food is A+! Their Bourbon, Whiskey, and Cognac selection is top notch!

We decided to try out One Fourteen having heard the food was good. It’s very much in the style of a local bar. We were looking for a table to have dinner and it was a bit busy, so we had to watch for a table to open up as tables were first come first served. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, keeping our drinks full and letting us know we could stay and chat even though we were the last group on a Sunday night.
Food came quickly and overall was very tasty. The chicken dinner special on Sunday was well worth the price! The steak sandwich was a slight disappointment since it was ground steak, not a usual piece of sandwich steak. However, the philly sandwich and adult grilled cheese received rave reviews.
We will definitely come back for another visit!

We went for the Sunday chicken dinner $12.95! Delicious!!! I had the Tenders as I wasn’t that hungry!! Well it came with 10 of the BEST Tenders I’ve EVER EATEN! Wow!
I could only eat 4! $11.95!
The Waitress/Bartender was also Outstanding!!!

We’ve been here a few times now and the food was really very good. Tonight was exceptional! I had the special, which was tenderloin, salmon, and mashed potatoes. The salmon and steak were cooked to perfection. Not kidding! My husband had the broasted chicken, which was also outstanding. This is a place not to be missed for a great dinner! The service also top notch. Can’t wait to try something that I’ve not tried yet and know it will be delicious.

Went for fish recently. I was offered beer batter as the breading. Beer batter isn’t my choice for fish and I thought they had an option of breading or batter.
I’m a tartar snob. The tartar they offer (not sure if they make their own) was of the more savory style and a little too salty. My personal choice is a sweeter tartar (VFW in Appleton will always be the standard).
I’ll come back to eat some other things they offer.
