The 11-course tasting menu available at the Chef’s Counter is exquisite. I have indulged in it twice this year with no regrets. Trent, the Owner and Chef, creatively layers textures and flavors that result in a delectable taste journey. Each course is built using fresh and ethically sourced ingredients… many of which come from local Farmer’s Markets. Josh, the General Manager, and his team focus on ensuring the experience is friendly, informative, and gracious. The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I am hooked on One Fish Raw Bar.

Enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu for the 2nd time tonight, our Fwateenth anniversary. Each course is exquisitely crafted with dynamic flavors and gorgeous plating. We had a very nice evening here. My GF and I came for a late Valentine’s Day dinner and loved the food!! Everything was super fresh, very tasty and interesting. Did not expect a chef-forage mushroom tart, it was unreal! We will be back with friends to show them this hidden gem

I buy the elevated vibes and I think in general it’s a good place for friends gathering. Yeah waiters will only serve you the first round of water and won’t take away empty plates, but that’s expected at the bay I guess. What stabs me is the 20% service fee that’s subject to taxes. I don’t want to be nickel and dime and embarrass myself in front of my friends, plus the restaurant did write a tiny line at the bottom of the menu declaring the 20% mandatory charge, so I didn’t question this on my bill. But, to be 100% transparent here, as much as I love many dishes here, I will never come back. Forcing something like this down your customers throat leaves a sour taste. Good luck with customer retention.
