I recently tried their new salt bread, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The outside was perfectly crispy, and the inside was soft, buttery, and rich without being too heavy. The balance of saltiness and flavor was just right.

You can really taste the quality and care that goes into making it. If you’re a fan of Korean-style salt bread, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Finally found the Korean style salt bread I’ve been looking for. Lightly crispy on the outside and soft and buttery inside.

I also love that you can pre-order and pick it up on the date you want, which is super convenient. Everything was fresh. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

We tried the tiramisu and the Biscoff cruffle, and both were absolutely delicious; perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The mocha and milk tea were also really good and paired so well with the desserts.
Ordering from the kiosk was super easy and convenient. The store was empty when we arrived, so service was quick, smooth, and very friendly. Overall, a great experience with amazing treats. We’ll definitely be back!

I was the only customer in the store when I ordered my desserts at the kiosk. I didn’t really see the need for that, but what do I know? Two croffles and two slices of earl grey cake was all I wanted, and yes, I was asked to leave a tip even though at this point I had not seen another human in the building.
After I placed my order, I stood near the counter. I don’t mind standing and figuring it would take about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, a staff member finally emerges from the depths and all he says is, “you can go ahead and sit down because it’s going to be a 10 minute wait.”
Oh, hello to you too! Another 10 minutes? That’s fine. I sit down for another 10 minutes, and what do you know? My order still isn’t ready.
It took all of 30 minutes and I was so disappointed in the quality of what I received having paid $40. The blueberry croffle was given to me with white cream, but in their photos, the cream is blue.
The taro croffle also had white cream, but it appeared they put some sort of purple syrup on top that was dripping. Also not what I saw in the pictures. The cake slices quickly saw the bottom of my trash after a few struggling attempts to swallow it due to how dry it was. I don’t know who supplies the cake, but it can go.
A waste of a drive, time, and money.

Delicious Dubai chewy cookies, but the price is outrageous. Nearly $18 for a few tiny bites is excessive, even if the quality is there. With the amount of foot traffic in the area with the light rail station and school on the same street, a more reasonable price would make this a repeat and sustainable community cafe instead of a one-time try just to experience the hype.

That said, the flavor and texture of the cookies themselves were pretty perfect. Just a bummer to see restaurants and cafes charging prices that don’t make sense.

A hip and stylish restaurant with a wide assortment of rococo looking sweets. It seems rather new and rather popular, one of the many new establishments emerging in Roosevelt, around the light rail. The inside is quite spacious and artsy, and I enjoyed the chance to sit down and think as I carefully sipped my Jasmine milk tea and consumed a delicious little apple pie egg tart. This is mainly a cafe for desserts and other sweet things: it might not be the best place to go if you want something savory, but it has a truly wonderful supply of cakes and egg tarts and “croffles,” combinations of croissants and waffles. I noticed a number of cutesy miniature holiday decorations, which added to the eccentric charm of the place. It exudes a kind of rustic-chic air.

One Bite Cafe in Seattle is one of those hidden gems you stumble upon once and immediately know you’ll keep coming back to. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked croffles and brewed tea. The space itself feels cozy and modern at the same time — clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with soft music that makes it the perfect place to unwind, study, or meet up with friends.

What really sets One Bite apart, though, is the quality and creativity of the food. Every item on the menu feels carefully curated and made with genuine attention to detail. I tried their Matcha Croffle, and it was an absolute dream — golden, crisp on the outside, with buttery, flaky layers inside that melted in my mouth. The balance of flavors was perfect — the slight bitterness of the matcha paired beautifully with the subtle sweetness of the cream and drizzle on top. It’s one of those desserts that manages to be rich without ever feeling heavy.

I also ordered their Dalgona Milk Tea, and it was one of the best milk teas I’ve had in Seattle. Smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweetened — you can tell they use high-quality tea leaves. Every sip felt refreshing and comforting, and it paired so well with the warm, flaky croffle. It’s the kind of combination that makes you slow down, savor each bite and sip, and forget about the outside world for a moment.

The service here deserves a special mention, too. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Even though the café can get busy — especially during peak hours — everything felt well organized. The self-ordering kiosk makes the process easy, and the food always arrives fresh and beautifully presented. You can tell that the team here really cares about creating a great experience for their guests.

I also love the little details — the clean presentation, the thoughtful plating, and even the subtle touches in the decor that make the space feel both calming and inviting. Whether you’re sitting by yourself with a laptop or catching up with a friend, One Bite has that rare ability to make you feel right at home.

It’s worth noting that seating can be limited, and it tends to fill up quickly — a clear sign of how loved this place is. But even if you have to wait a few minutes for a table, it’s more than worth it. The entire atmosphere, from the smell of croffles to the soft chatter of happy customers, makes time move a little slower in the best possible way.

Overall, One Bite Cafe is easily one of my favorite spots in Seattle. It’s not just a café — it’s an experience that combines beautiful food, thoughtful service, and a peaceful environment. Whether you’re craving a sweet treat, a relaxing drink, or just a quiet place to enjoy a moment to yourself, this café delivers on all fronts. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu — especially the onigiri and other desserts that caught my eye.

If you’re in Seattle and haven’t tried One Bite yet, do yourself a favor — go. You’ll walk in for the food, but you’ll stay for the comfort, the care, and the charm that make this place truly special.

This is a cute cafe with a variety of desserts and drinks. I had their “croffle” which seems to be their signature dish. Mine was dense and kind of hard to cut into, I’m not sure if that is a unique experience or it’s supposed to be that way. Regardless, it was really tasty! I really enjoyed the strawberry flavor. Their lemonades are delicious too!
