Tastes like five guys but cheaper. Double double bacon cheeseburger at five guys is $12. Here It’s about $8. Warning- zesty fries are not seasoned like you would think, they taste like orange or lemon zest, if your into tangy fries. But fantastic burgers and great service which is why they get 5 stars!

Really good burgers. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in. You can add any toppings for free to any burger/sandwich. Friendly staff. Their fries are so good and one large order is enough for a family. Great prices for really good quality and fresh ingredients. Their signature sauce is really good and spicy!

The One and Only Burger was good. Not great, Not Over the top fabulous, however just good. I’ve heard great things of The One and Only Burger establishment, so maybe my expectations were too high. My first let down was the shakes. I ordered a shake and the attendant said they just cleaned it and it wasn’t working:(

Quality on all fronts has dropped in the last 6 months or so. We visited yesterday and got cheese burgers and fries. They left off one of my ingredients on my burger, didn’t give us the side sauce we’d requested for the fries. The floor and tables weren’t clean. Staff wasn’t terribly friendly. Disappointed but we haven’t given up on it yet. Fries were greasier than normal and less of them but burgers were pretty good. Also, we were eating in but they put our burgers in the fry bag..

Great place to get a fresh burger. Single bacon burger was the perfect size. We often order a double at other chain burger joints, but the single here has plenty of meat. Fries were hot and plentiful. The shared order is a lot of fries for two people, so you won’t go away hungry. Great variety of toppings. Really clean dining area and restrooms.

Tried this after hearing awesome things about it for a long time. Well worth it. Unless you have teenagers, you don’t need the large fries . We tried the signature sauce and burgers the regular way and liked both. I will absolutely be back. Our vegetarian got a grilled cheese and it was also delicious.

Echo what everyone else has said. We’ve been looking for a good replacement for 5 Guys, since their prices have gone as high as glam burger joints. One & Only hit all the wickets – tasty, filling, and cheap. Great burger, good (plentiful) fries, and tasty shakes. A nice advantage was the military discount, so we appreciate the support. We will definitely return, even if the neighborhood is less than fresh.
