Visited here with a group of people late on a Friday night. The place wasn’t crowded, which was perfect because we were a big group. They have good prices for drinks and had great specials. The drinks were surprisingly good! Sometimes the drinks on special at bars aren’t all that good, but the margaritas and lemon drops were bomb! Our server was friendly and fairly attentive to us, and the music was good (a mix of rap, hip hop, and a couple of line dances thrown in). This was a very casual and an easy place to dance, drink, and wind down the night.

This is a great place to come get a great drink and hookah and a good time! Thursdays are R&B bingo night! Win prizes or money or gift cards. Usually there is a LIVE DJ. They have the lowest bottle service so far I see in charlotte. Booths are available for purchase. Kenna is the best and lead bartender. NEVER A COVER! Always some specials going on! Located in Ballantyne by duckworths. Prices depend on how much you drink..but drinks are up to $14. Open till 2am.

Rebranded and revived like a phoenix from the ashes, new and improved, this ain’t the On the Roxx you may remember from back in the day, as this place is all about a chill vibe, relaxed environment, good music, amazing drinks and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. I don’t give out many five star reviews, but this one is definitely well earned, as this is the place to go on Ballantyne whether you are looking for a spot to grab a drink after work or a place to party on the weekend. I highly recommend you give it a shot as it is truly a welcome addition to the Ballantyne scene.

We had a great time here. The service was great and also quick. The bathrooms and entire place was clean. There was security which is a plus. There was also a DJ who came in as we were leaving. It kind of started to get crowded as we were leaving. It was a nice vibe and I will return in the future.

Zero service, asked for a hookah, bartender got the hookah, and never asked if I wanted a drink. Sees my coals out and sees me asking for a refill. No service, purposefully just looks away quickly. She stays on one side of the bar with people, I guess she knows? The entire bar gets no service either, she just stays by the game machine, serves new customers and messes around in the phone talkin with the guys she’s been speaking with. Decided to leave and just hit peace pipe.

I went out on Saturday and used my cashapp card they said the funds were not on my card but they were they placed a hold on my card the waitress that gave me tab, took another waitresses tip then “lost my card or so they said she didn’t have it anymore.” Nevertheless I had to report my cashapp card stolen and block it. I will never go there again.
I called and spoke to management. He basically blamed me for the woman not returning my card.
Hands down they need to change the name back to Blue Olive, I will never return thumbs down the 1st waitress to ked the 2nd that took and lost my card thumbs down. Don’t go there they will take your card too.

My wife and I love going here when it was called Blue Olive Lounge. The music and drinks are always the best. We haven’t been since before the Pandemic and we didn’t even know the name changed. However, last night was our 1st time stepping in since the name changed.
Sal, the owner, you really out did yourself with the new look. 100% beautiful. Music and drinks are still grand. We had such a safe a pleasant time. Can’t wait to come back over and over again! We love it here!!!
